Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to tell you that unfortunately your advertisement for the travel
agency where I am responsible for has a number of errors.

First of all, I am disappointed because the holiday advertisement is awful, I

do not like neither the style nor the layout. Secondly, the holiday is on the
island of Paros, not Poros! and you wrote 1 week’s free car hire instead 2
days free per week!. Furthermore, it was advertised Med Travel on 825
1051, instead 1015, the wrong way round!

And to make matters worse, I clearly remember have mentioned that was
essential you advertised that the hotel was within walking distance of beach,
and this information was missing.

I feel justified in asking for a refund or a free advertisement for next month.
