like to request a private transportation for airport pick up/drop off for 2 people with these

Arrival at Komodo Airport at 2.40 PM (Thursday, 22 September) Departure from
Ayana at 12.00 PM (Saturday, 24 September)
Due to the tight schedule that we have (especially on September 22nd), kindly ensure
the car arrives on time. Also kindly share the driver’s number along some

5. Good evening, I am looking to book to stay at Ayana next month and I have a few questions
about diving. We would like to do some diving in different areas around Komodo - do you have
facilities for this or how would you organize this? Thank you, Sophie.

Nevertheless, there are many kind of Diving Center in Labuan Bajo. We can give you option to consider
as some of our guest often arrange their diving with them. You can check their review at TripAdvisor

In regards of boat trip inquary, we are pleased to inform you that we also provide Full Day Trip.
We visit Padar Island, Pink Beach, and Komodo Island. It start from 07:00am – 15:00pm. The
inclusion are mineral water, one soda, lunch box, towel, snorkeling gears and boat fee.
Retribution Fee to Komodo National Park is not included hence you may pay IDR 100,000/pax
for foreign and IDR 50,000 for domestic.

from Bali? What activities can be done in the resort and outside in the island? If you

I will arrive at Bali (Ngurah Rai International Airport) on 13 November and return
on 23 November.
I would like to stay at both Rimba Jimbaran Bali by Ayana and Ayana Komodo
Resort during my visit.
My room preferences are Full Ocean View Room for the Komodo Resort and
Pool Access Room for Rimba Jimbaran.
I am thinking about spending first 3-4 days at Rimba Jimbaran, followed by 4-5
days at Komodo, then I will fly back to Bali and stay at Rimba Jimbaran on the last
day.
If you have better plan and recommendations, please let me know. Please feel free to
discuss with Rimba Jimbaran team.
In addition, I’m wondering if Ayana provides pick up services from both Bali and
Komodo airports, and if the Komodo resort arranges water and boat activities.

I am really looking forward to stay at your great hotel, however, I found the
information last night about updated regulation of domestic travel in Indonesia
which requires 3rd vaccination as mandatory.
It's my fault but I had Bell's palsy and I've not got 3rd vaccination according to the
advise from my doctor in Japan. Therefore, actually I have a medical certificate in
Indonesia though it doesn't mention about advise for vaccination.

17. Hi, my husband and I will be at Labuan Bajo from 20th - 22nd Sept, and we are thinking
of staying in Ayana. We wish to do some snorkeling/island hopping. We were
recommended Padar Island, Manta Point, and Pink Beach. I see the Island Hopping tour
on your website. But we have some questions. 1. It does not seem to include Manta
Point. Is there a reason you don't include Manta Point? 2. Is it possible for us to tailor
the tour a little: we want to include Manta Point, and we don't want to go to Komodo
Island? If yes, will you help us with the arrangement? 3. Can we confirm that it is a
speed boat?
4. Which stop will we be doing snorkeling? Please give us more details on what
will happen in each stop (Padar Island, Pink Beach etc). Also, we are thinking of
seeing Kalong Island during sunset to see the bats. 4. We see that your Sunset
Cruise is 2- hours. Is it possible for this to be shorter? I was thinking if we can
skip Menjerite ?

I would like to request for the pick up service from the airport. I was informed it is a
complimentary service. Our flight is expected to land at 12:40 pm on the 9th at
Labuan Bajo airport. Our flight number is Citilink QG634.
Also, we will be flying from South Korea to Bali and right away to Komodo, meaning
we will be quite tired from the long flight. So we would greatly appreciate it if we
could check in early as soon as we get to your hotel.
As for the transportation on the check out day to back to the airport, is it
possible to reserve that now as well? Our flight from Komodo back to Bali is at
1:15 pm on our check out day at Sep. 11th.
My girlfriend and I really loom forward to spending our anniversary at your great
