Dear Ms Nerisa Mantilla,

Congratulations! Your application for Chemical Security and Safety Training (CSST)
was accepted. You may now arrange your itinerary going to Crown Regency Resorts
and Convention Center, Boracay, Aklan.
Please send us the details of your travel (airline ticket, ship boarding ticket, etc.)
and mode of transportation on or before February 28 for the purchase of your free
travel insurance. Please also send your b irth date, age, and name of beneficiary
(Immediate Family / Organization). A P1000.00 P1500.00 transportation allowance
will be provided after the training depending on the availability of the budget.
A welcome dinner will be held on April 2 at 7:00pm, details will follow. Check in time
is 2:00pm of April 2 and check out time is 12:00nn of April 5.
Please also take note that CSST alumni are no longer qualified to attend. If you are
one of them, you may refer one from your school and send us a new registration
form.
