Dear Hotel Marine Manager,

ICON Company engaged me to schedule a seminar at your Hotel.
They would like to reserve 12 single rooms for the participants for Monday,March 6th to
Sunday March 10th. The arrival is going to be on Monday in the morning and a few will
be there later. The departure time is going to be after 5 p.m. on Sunday evening.
Because in March it is could outside,we would like our participants not lack the heat. We
need to have one conference room and three other seminar rooms. They require the
following equipment: overhead projector a flip chart, Power-Point, VCR if you had
extensions for all 12 participants it would be greate. They want to dine in al these 5
days,they want breakfast, lunch and the dinner. It haves 5 participants who didn't drink
alcohol and 1 who are vegetarian . The group includes one participant who eat only
breakfast pancakes with cherry and drink only tomato juice. And finally it haves six
participants who are smoking, I hope you have a specially designed place for smokers
and it will not be a problem for you.
