Firstly, I would like to thank you for choosing our


hotel to stay and let me explain about our hotel room
and room rate. Our double room size is 400 square
feet and a double room with sightseeing view is 150
USD per night. Facilities included in room are cold
and hot shower system, a bathtub, 24 hour electricity
and Wi-Fi service and extra personal usages and so.
We do not have any discount right now but we
provide free use of swimming pool and gym hall. I
hope I can provide all information in accordance
with your enquiries.

Subject: Complaining about the Hotel Room

Dear Mr. Jack Olivia,

I am afraid I have got a complaint about hotel room


from our guests. My guests said that the room was
not big enough as your mention and it was really a
small room measuring 300 square feet. And there is
also another problem about sea view. The sea view
of your room is really like in dust view. My guests
sent me the photo of your room view and it is
exactly like the black mirror. They want to change
their room with a bigger and cleaner room. Are you
convenient for that room change? Please reply me
when you just received my mail.

Subject: Replying to Complaint about Hotel


Room

Dear Mr. Nord Willows

In order to resolve this matter, I suggest that your


guest to stay one night in that room and I will
upgrade the room with an adjacent deluxe room
tomorrow morning. As you may know, our hotel
rooms are always full with long-stay Chinese
customers and the room I reserved was just checked
out yesterday by a long stay guest and I just didn't
notice the information that the mirror views need to
be cleaned well.

The problem about the room size is because I left to


explain more about double room type. We have
three double rooms in one floor and the room with
400 square feet size is an adjoining room with
superior room. Basically I sell this type of room for
a group of family type, for day used guest, and for
walk in guest.

As a result of these, I had to book a separate double


room for reservation guest like you and I just absent
to inform you that. Please accept my apologies and I
will upgrade to your guest to an adjoining double for
next 2 nights.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if your guests


need any further service and I am right here to give
my best service.
