handle room reservation call.
Hotel Receptionist: Good Morning. NIPSC-VSC hotel, Reception. How can I help You?
Hotel Receptionist: Sure Sir. May I know the specific date for the reservation?
Guest: Why not? I would like to reserve a room from the 5 th of September for 5 days.
Guest: Well, a double room with queen size bed with AC and other facilities at least.
Hotel Receptionist: Thank you Sir. Just give me a minute, let me check. (after few
seconds) hello sir thank you for waiting, a double room are still vacant on 5 th of April. Do
you prefer a room with the view of the swimming pool or the hill Sir?
Guest: Oh both are nice. But I like nature most. I guess hill view will be splendid. Right?
Hotel Receptionist: Sure Sir. Your room tariff will be Php. 4,095 per night including taxes
with the complimentary breakfast at our NIPSC-VSC restaurant. Is it ok?
Hotel Receptionist: before we proceed sir. May I have your name please?
Hotel Receptionist: All right, Mr. Prince. May I have your address, please?
Hotel Receptionist: okay sir let me repeat your number 09510601900. Am I right?
Guest: Absolutely.
Hotel Receptionist: So, a double room is booked for you Mr. Prince Harry from the 5 th of
September for 5 days with the hill view.
Guest: Yes, that’s right. May I ask you for a special favor?
Hotel Receptionist: Sure sir. What can we do for you?
Guest: Actually 5th of September is my wife’s birthday. Could you arrange a nice flower
bouquet for her in the room as a pleasant surprise?
Hotel Receptionist: Certainly Sir. It will be our pleasure to provide you with the
complimentary flower bouquet for the occasion. Don’t worry. Be assured that we will also
decorate the room in best possible way. I hope ma’am will be surprised and happy.
Hotel Receptionist: You are most welcome Sir. Is there anything I can do for you sir?
Guest: no more.
Hotel Receptionist: Yes Mr. Prince. Now ill need your card information to reserve the
room for you. What type of card is it?
Hotel Receptionist: alright Mr. Prince your reservation has been made for the 5 th until
10th of September for a double room with queen sized bed and of course with the view of
the hill. Your bills will be settled via VISA, amounting Php.20,475. Check-in is at 12:00
o’clock. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to call us. Is that correct
Mr. Prince?
Hotel Receptionist: We wish to inform you about our 3:00 o’clock policy. Please be advised
that you have to check-in not later than 3pm. Otherwise the hotel reserves the right to
give the room to waitlisted clients.
Hotel Receptionist: Thank you for calling Mr. Prince. We’ll see you in September Mr.
