Dear Sir Gede Mahensa,

I was recently guest at the Grand Mirage Resort in Bali for 5 days during my trip
around Indonesia and I’m writing to complain about the transport services that the
Resort offers.

Firstly, the vehicle provided for the airport transport to the hotel was in poor
condition and was not spacious enough for the number of passengers and their
luggage. Additionally, the driver was not friendly and did not help to get the bags
into the vehicle.

Secondly, the transport service to visit some tourist attractions was supposed to be
included which unfortunately was not the case and was expensive. Furthermore,
the assigned driver was not punctual which caused not being able to enter some
temples and incurring additional expenses.

I hope that you can make the decisions that are necessary to improve your
transportation service and ensure that your future guests do not have a bad
experience like mine for the amount of money that is paid every day in this Resort.
