Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter in connection with my recent visit to your hotel Nishuraj, Sirsa from
January 22nd to January 24th, 2021. Hereby, I would like to give my reviews on the overall
arrangements made by you over my stay there.

The hotel is perfectly and beautifully located on the main highway. Besides, it has got
exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff, impressive dining facilities and delicious food.
Only problem is that resort is very far from the market and it takes time to reach there.

However, I had to face small issue there as the lift switches were not working appropriately
and I had to use stairs many times to go to cafeteria. Also, there was difficulty getting hot
water in washroom but this problem was resolved when I asked the hotel staff for the same.

I would suggest you to keep a check on your technical services as it sometimes makes your
customers feel uncomfortable. I hope you would take care of this.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter in connection with my recent visit to your hotel, Nishuraj, Sirsa.
Although your staff is exceptionally welcoming and friendly yet I had to face some issues
there.

I checked into the hotel on 3rd Feb at around 7 p.m. and stayed there for two days. When I
arrived there, temperature suddenly dropped to a record low. But it was an utter
disappointment for me to stay in a room where the heating system was not working.

I asked hotel staff to resolve the issue but they didn’t respond back. I also asked them to
provide me another room but as the hotel was already full, I had to spend two miserable
nights in the same room.

Therefore, I would request you to consider refunding me some money or giving me some
discount on my next visit to your hotel. I would also suggest you to upgrade your heating
system for your customers to have a convenient lodging.
