Healing the uterus, to access the heart

In order for a woman to access the energy of her heart, she must first heal her womb, heal the
ancestral wound of the feminine. In practically every woman incarnated on Earth today, this wound
exists. It is the wound formed by all the pain accumulated in the collective unconscious of humanity,
by thousands of years of repression and use of the feminine.

We have to start by healing our womb, so that the Goddess can manifest. And today, the womb of
women is impregnated at the cellular level with the wound of centuries of domination and dishonor
of the Goddess.... Our sexual relations have not done, and do not do, anything but aggravate this
wound.... We have to start thinking that anyone who does not treat us with reverence and respect has
no right to enter us.

The healing of the woman, and the taking of her true power, will also help the man to heal, because
it will undo all the energy trapped through stories of hundreds and hundreds of incarnations, that
what they do is create more pain and insecurity on Earth.

Exercise to heal and connect with our uterus:

- Put yourself in a secluded place where you can be quiet, where you know you won't be
interrupted for a while.

- Listen to music (preferably with headphones), which helps you connect with your emotions, and
with your most feminine aspect.

- Visualize yourself in a large valley, surrounded by vegetation, nature, in the middle of a full
moon. You are with more women, visualize them with light, like your sisters and friends, all
wearing long red dresses, the color of the womb, and they are in a circle, all holding hands.

- Begin to dance with your eyes closed, some simple dance that comes to you, while visualizing the
other sisters dancing with you, and declare that you are honoring the womb of your mothers, of your
grandmothers, of yourselves, that you are honoring the womb of Mother Earth, and make a simple
bow to the womb at the moment you deem appropriate.

- Honor yourself for being a woman, recognize yourself as the embodiment of Love, Beauty,
Wisdom, Joy, Happiness, Freedom, Healing. Recognize yourself as the embodiment of the Goddess
herself.

- When you think you should stop... Do it... Repeat this exercise as many times as possible.

Attention: It is likely that you feel like crying, or feel a great sadness, do not repress your tears,
allow them to come out, to heal, to heal that wound. This way you will also get more energy to
improve your life at all levels, to have more strength, to have more peace of mind, to free yourself
from blockages, etc.

SOWING YOUR MOON TO HEAL THE FEMALE LINEAGE

Menstruation is part of the physiological rhythms of life, when menstruating the life energy
contained in the womb is manifested. When a woman is in Moon Time she is connected to the
mystery of the feminine and to Mother Earth.

Menstruating is the sacred expression of our connection with the Earth, with life. It is an act of
energetic surrender of the highest vibration. It leaves the body to glorify life and heal.

The uterus holds within it memories of life and pain. Stores, renews and releases with each cycle.
Our beliefs, feelings and thoughts dwell in that inner cave.

The womb with the uterine pulsing connects with the pulsing of the heart in our chest; together and
integrated they generate in the Pelvic Belt recovery of memories and thus the alchemy of creative
love is.

In each one is the power to heal and recover our power and her doing and that of healing our
lineage. Offering our blood is a ritual of spiritual consciousness, so before you can carry out your
own ritual it is necessary to get rid of ingrained taboos, disgust and negative ideas towards our body
and our blood that only block the output of the Goddess and the natural acceptance of our beautiful
female body.

Our menstrual blood is full of iron that nourishes mother earth and we ourselves are connected to
her. To sow our moon is to put down roots, to heal our mitochondrial lineage, that is, the energies of
our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother that we carry within us.alt

Instead of throwing away your blood every month you can choose to recycle it and offer it to the
earth. If you use cotton towels, soak them in a container of water and use the water to water your
plants. If you use the moon cup, empty your blood into a glass each time you withdraw it and add a
little more water.

Your ritual is your own, so use all the symbolism you want: a picture of a Goddess, flowers, incense,
crystals, music, etc. Create your own altar and your own ritual. If you live in the city and do not
have a garden you can offer your blood to your plants, however if you live in a large space with a
garden or in the countryside, near a forest, offer your blood there, in the middle of nature.

Remember that your intuition is your best ally and only you know what you want to release and
what you want to create in your life. So there are no rules to follow and no text to read. Say
whatever you think is pertinent when you offer your blood, just don't forget to be grateful for the
opportunity to be reborn, for the connection that your blood gives you with the outside world and
above all be grateful for the power that you carry within you for the simple fact of being a woman.
To sow our Menstrual Blood is to heal ourselves and our relationship with our feminine lineage, to
reconcile ourselves with our mother, grandmothers, our ancestors and those of all the women of
humanity... It is to heal ourselves to cleanse the path of our daughters, granddaughters and future
generations, of taboos and negative ideas about our Blood.

RED MOON

This ritual has been performed by women for many years................our ancestors gave their blood to
the earth as a sign of offering and connection and recognition of our lineage, thanking and honoring
this precious moment that is a prodigy of human biology, i.e., a sign of the love of our ancestors.

our menstrual sa(n)grade..........

THE EARTH NEEDS THE BLOOD OF LIFE... no more blood of war and death.... Mother Earth
reads this information... reads all that our blood has, your pain, your sorrow, your pain, your
anguish, your joy, your gratitude, your recitals, everything... it is a direct channel to the heights and
the depths of the heart of planet Earth... without shame, without fear... this ritual is part of the
planetary healing, being each one, woman medicine, being each one a CHAMANA.
Sowing the Moon Ritual

The first thing you must do before starting your ritual is to consciously change any feeling of
disgust, repulsion or dirt, for tranquility, peace, harmony and love for yourself and what comes from
you.

Then you must pick up your moon

You can do it in several ways, either using cotton as a towel, the mooncup, or ecological wipes.
Then you put your compress in some water for a few minutes until the moon is released. Then drain
and pour the contents into a container.

The altar of the moon

This is your sacred space, which you create or recreate. If you live in the countryside you can choose
a tree, plant a herb garden, a medicinal garden or a flower garden. You can also plant a mixed
garden. If you wish, you can decorate this space with symbols that are meaningful to you and that
represent feminine strength.
In case you live in an apartment you can create a small garden with plants of your choice.

The ritual:

This is a simple ritual with which you call upon your intuition and inner wisdom. Then you take the
container where you deposited your moon and begin to say your prayer (This is a prayer to talk
about what you want to heal and the blessings you will receive, it is also a prayer of thanksgiving).
Then you water your plants with your moon.

In case you are away from home or traveling, do not forget to sow your moon, do it in any plant, but
do it! Or if you prefer, keep your pads in a plastic bag until you get home.
