CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

By virtue of this AGREEMENT, the company: _____________________ contracts the services of AMR ADVERTISING for
to provide its services as Community Manager (Administrator of social networks) with the objective of positioning the
CONTRACTOR's brand, the service which will be referred to hereinafter as the "ADMINISTRATION OF SOCIAL
NETWORKS".
THE SERVICES AGREED UPON WITH THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSIST OF:
Social Media Management (Facebook and Instagram)
-Social Networks: Facebook and Instagram
• Creation or optimization of information and images of profiles in 2 social networks.
• Correction or optimization of texts provided by the client for publications, tagging and using
hashtags (#, #, #, #, #, #, #, #, #, #, #, #, #, #, #, #)
• Design and publication of 10 original graphic pieces, optimized for the feed and the stories panel
Publication of non-original content 1 (one) per week, in total 4 (four) per month distributed in 2
social networks.
• Basic video editing with information provided by the customer
• Monthly photo session per event 10 photos
TIME LIMIT FOR EXECUTION:

CONTRACT CLAUSES

FIRST. - OBJECT:
AMR PUBLICIDAD, in its capacity as a company, is obligated to the CONTRACTOR to perform the work and other
activities inherent to the contracted service, which must be performed in accordance with the conditions and
clauses of this document without any specific schedule or dependence.

SECOND. - DURATION OR TERM:

FOURTH. - PAYMENT COMMITMENT:

shall be entitled to charge default interest or indemnification, by agreement or assessment of the competent
authorities.

FIFTH. - OBLIGATIONS:
The CONTRACTOR shall provide access to the information and elements that are necessary, in a timely manner, for
the proper execution of the object of the contract, and shall be obliged to comply with the provisions of the other
clauses and conditions set forth in this document. THE COMPANY shall comply in an efficient and timely manner
with the works entrusted and those obligations generated according to the nature of the following services:

- Build the CONTRACTOR 's image in social networks. (Facebook and Instagram)
- The updating, monitoring, administration and delivery of schedules to the CONTRACTOR.
- segment guidelines for Facebook and Instagram ads and grow the CONTRACTOR'S Facebook page community);
This DOES NOT INCLUDE IN VALUE TO PAY ON THESE NETWORKS.
- Renew content and reformulate content to generate greater interaction.
- Develop metrics methods and provide measures to evaluate the results of the brand's objectives.
- Creation of control indicators and sending of reports to THE COMPANY.

SIXTH. - SUPERVISION:
The CONTRACTOR or its representative shall supervise the execution of the service entrusted, and may formulate
the observations of the case, to be analyzed jointly with the COMPANY.

SEVENTH. -TERMINATION
This contract shall be terminated by agreement between the parties and unilaterally for breach of the obligations
under the contract.

EIGHTH. - INDEPENDENCE:
THE COMPANY shall act on its own account, with autonomy and without any labor relationship or subordination to
THE CONTRACTOR. Its rights shall be limited by the nature of the contract, to demand compliance with the
CONTRACTOR's obligations and the timely payment of its remuneration set forth in this document.

NINTH. - ASSIGNMENT:
The CONTRACTOR may not partially or totally assign the execution of this contract to a third party, without the
prior, express and written authorization of THE COMPANY.

TENTH. -ADDRESS:
For all legal purposes, the city of Barrancabermeja is fixed as the stipulated domicile.
