Using a frequency inverter for motor control permits the energy input to be adjusted variably over the whole
mixing cycle and thus batch processing time to be further shortened.

HMI & PLC – based control equipment

Equipped with independent control cabinet, which can be connected to PLC control system to release
automatic control.

Intensive mixture can be setup for either counter current or cross current operation. This design provided
optimum performance in both batch & continuous operation.

Smooth & Noise free operation

Smooth & noise free operation is ensured even under heavy loads by specially designed slew ring bearing and
grease which is driven through soft starter providing jerk free start and stop of the pan.

Safe & Easy Maintenance

A large hinged door provided on the rotating pan wall can be positioned to any desired location giving easy
access to inside of the pan.

Quick & Complete Hydraulic Discharge

Large dimensioned mixer discharge with hydraulically actuated discharge mechanism for quick & complete
discharge.

Programmed Centralized Lubrication System

By designed principally to make the work environment safer for maintenance personnel by simplifying the
process of accessing remove grease points, especially in confirmed spaces. It can also be programmed to deliver
lubricant on a timed basis.

Condition Monitoring
Sensors mounted on key functional element in order to detect component degradation before a major fault
occurs.
 Temperature sensor on top of the pan with value display on control screen.
 Rotating speed (Mixing pan & Agitators) sensors.
 Proximity sensors used on hydraulic stroke limit & pan doors.
