Attorney / Client Agreement

It is hereby agreed that the Law Offices of Juliana G. Lamardo, PA (“Firm”) will represent the Client as described below. The
Client agrees to pay the total legal fee in the amount of $3,500.00 plus costs for the following legal service(s): Representation
on an I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, from Juan Torres (son) to Jose Torres (dad). Note: Please provide the money order in the
amount of $535.00 for the filing fees payable to, “U.S. Department of Homeland Security”. (This retainer does not include fees
for the I-601A Waiver or Consular Processing).

Payment of the aforementioned legal services will be made as follows: $3,500.00 Non-refundable payment in full of the legal
fees This retainer is not binding until the deposit is received and funds have cleared.

The Client understands that the Firm has made no guarantees or promises as to the successful outcome of the case or with
regard to the duration of the case.

The legal fee is a flat, non-refundable fee for the legal services indicated herein. All legal fees are earned when received and
are non-refundable. Fees for any other work not described above are separate and will be quoted, when needed. This agreement
does not include filing fees, appeals, or any other services not mentioned in the above description of legal services.

The Firm reserves the right to change the legal fee should facts and circumstances arise after the execution of the contract that
impact on the case. If documents are not provided within a reasonable time, additional fees will apply.

Excessive calling, texting, emailing, and/or any other form of communication with the attorney and staff, will be charged
separately if the communication begins to disrupt other cases. The same applies for any excessive communication outside
normal business hours from 9:00 am-5:00pm.

The Client agrees to pay the Firm all costs and expenses including, but not limited to, court costs, translation or interpreter
services, travel and related expenses, mileage, and courier fees. If, the Firm should incur such costs, the Client agrees to
reimburse the Firm upon demand. If travel is necessary, an additional retainer will be required to cover any and all travel
expenses, outside Miami-Dade or Broward. Whatever portion of this retainer is not used up after travel expenses are incurred
will be refunded to the client. If the travel expenses exceed the retainer amount, the client must pay the outstanding difference.
DETAINED CLIENTS - Visitations for detained clients, outside of Miami-Dade or Broward County, are at the discretion of the
attorney and may be charged separately.

The Client understands that any remaining balance due and/or any outstanding costs that have not been paid in full to the Firm
per the terms of this contract will result in the withdrawal of our legal services.

The Client agrees to immediately notify the Firm in writing as to changes of address, telephone number, marital status,
employment, and any other circumstances bearing on the case.

The Client authorizes attorney, at attorney’s discretion, to have another attorney, either associated with attorney or otherwise,
appear on behalf of client to satisfy the terms of this agreement.

This agreement has been read and explained to the Client, and the Client fully understands its contents.

 Acuerdo Entre Abogado / Cliente

Cliente (s): Jose Torres (“Client”)

Se conviene por este medio que la Firma de Juliana G. Lamardo, PA (“Bufete”) va a representar al Cliente mencionado de la siguiente
manera. El Cliente está de acuerdo en pagar la cantidad total de $3,500.00, más gastos adicionales, por los siguientes servicios legales:
Representación en una Petición Familiar (I-130), de Juan Torres (hijo) para Jose Torres (papá). Nota: Por favor provea un giro postal
de $535.00 para los costos de sumisión dirigido al, “U.S. Department of Homeland Security”. (Este contrato no incluye los costos para
el Perdón (I-601A) o el Proceso Consular).

El pago de los servicios legales mencionados será hecho de la manera siguiente: $3,500.00 Pago completo de los honorarios, no
reembolsable. Este contrato no se puede cumplir legalmente hasta que se reciba el depósito y los fondos se hayan liberado.

El Cliente comprende que la Firma no garantiza o promete el triunfo o resultado del caso o la duración del mismo.

La cuota legal es una cuota predeterminada para los servicios legales descritos y no es reembolsable. Todos los gastos legales
previamente recibidos no serán devueltos. Gastos por cualquier otro trabajo de inmigración no mencionado arriba son separados y
serán citados si son necesarios. Este acuerdo no incluye cargos de registrar, apelar, aplicaciones secundarias, incluso pero no limitado
a cambio de local, petición para volver abrir, o aplicaciones para otras formas de beneficios no mencionados arriba como servicios
legales.

La Firma se reserva el derecho de cambiar sus gastos legales después de haber firmado el contrato de acuerdo a las circunstancias o
hechos que puedan surgir y afecten el caso. Si los documentos no son proveídos dentro de un tiempo razonable, se aplicarán costos
adicionales.

Llamadas excesivas, mensajes de texto, correos electrónicos y/o cualquier otra forma de comunicación con el abogado y el personal
se cobrarán por separado si la comunicación comienza a interrumpir otros casos. Lo mismo aplica para cualquier comunicación
excesiva fuera del horario comercial normal de 9:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
El Cliente está de acuerdo en pagar a la Firma todos los gastos, incluyendo, pero no limitado a cargos de registro, cargos de corte,
intérprete y traducciones, viajes y gastos relacionados, millaje, y gastos de mensajero. El Cliente está de acuerdo en pagar por
adelantado los gastos relacionados en el desempeño de los mencionados servicios. Si la Firma tiene estos gastos, el Cliente está de
acuerdo en pagar los gastos a la Firma tan pronto se le requiera. CLIENTES DETENIDOS - Las visitas para clientes detenidos, fuera de
Miami Dade o del condado de Broward, quedan a discreción del abogado y pueden cobrarse por separado.

Si es necesario viajar, un depósito adicional será requerido para cubrir los gastos del viaje. Cualquier porción de este depósito que no
se use se le devolverá al cliente. Si los gastos de viaje son más que el depósito, el cliente es responsable de pagar la diferencia.
El Cliente entiende que cualquier balance que quede pendiente y no sea pagado por completo a la Firma de acuerdo a los términos
de este contrato resultará en cancelación de nuestros servicios legales.

El Cliente está de acuerdo de inmediatamente notificar a la Firma por escrito de cambios de dirección, números de teléfono, estado
marital, trabajo, y otras circunstancias relacionadas al caso.

El Cliente autoriza al abogado, a su discreción, a designar otro abogado, asociado con él o no, a aparecer a favor del Cliente para
satisfacer los términos de este contrato.

Este acuerdo fue leído y explicado al Cliente y el Cliente comprende y está de acuerdo completamente con el contenido.
