2 GUIDELINES FOR USING THE SERVICE BOOK
DEAR OWNER!
Long-term and trouble-free operation as well as reliability of the product purchased by you is
ensured only on condition of its proper maintenance and your compliance with all the
recommendations given in the operational documentation for the product, which is your direct
responsibility during operation of the machine. It is necessary to perform daily inspection of the
machine in order to prevent loose fastening, leakage of the cooling liquid and oils, removal of
dirt from its mechanisms as well as perform other preventive works to ensure workability of the
machine, its fire safety and safe implementation of works, as well as perform planned
maintenance.
During maintenance of the machine it is necessary to strictly comply with the periodicity of
change of oils and filters (filtering elements). Do not fill (refill) oils and lubricants not listed in the
machine operating manual and this service book. The service book contains the list of main
maintenance works depending on the time of operation in hours. In case of differences between
the lists of maintenance works as well as brands of oils and lubricants in the operation manual
and this service book, the priority is given to the requirements of this service book.
The best option is to charge a maintenance company
recommended by the seller of your machine with implementation of maintenance works, which
will ensure serviceability of the machine and its reliability over a long period of time. Qualified
specialists of this company, having the necessary equipment and special tools, will carry out
maintenance of the product purchased by you.
Maintenance shall be performed within the terms specified in this service book. Maintenance
sheets are filled: on page 25 - by the maintenance worker; on page 35 - by you in the presence
of the maintenance worker). Maintenance sheets (see page 25) remain with you as the
document certifying completion of maintenance works. After the end of the warranty period and
filling all the maintenance sheets (see page 35), they shall be sent by mail to the maintenance
company. Maintenance is performed by the maintenance company at the owner's expense
under the concluded bilateral agreement.
Upon receipt of the product and performance of the works from lists 1 and 2 by a
representative of the maintenance company, it is necessary to fill out the sheet
No.1 "During acceptance and before start-up" (see page 25) and "Acceptance confirmation"
(see page 13) and send (forward) them to the maintenance company.
This type of work is carried out free of charge.
In some cases, service maintenance can be performed by the owner of the machine by
agreement with the machine owner and filling only the maintenance sheets on page 25.

3 WARRANTY TERMS
Faulty parts are replaced by the company responsible for implementation of maintenance. In
specific cases, faulty parts and assembly units of the machine may be replaced by the owner
upon agreement with the seller and the dealer.
Replacement of assembly units and components in the event of their failure, as well as
elimination of faults occurred during the warranty period is performed at the expense of the
machine manufacturer, provided that the owner observes the operation, maintenance,
transportation and storage rules listed in the operating manual, and also observe the
recommended terms and amounts of maintenance listed in this service book. The maintenance
sheets on page 25 are also shall be filled.
Faulty parts shall be returned to the supplier upon request. The warranty does not cover
wear parts listed in the log book or the technical certificate. The warranty is void in case of the
following:
- the operation rules specified in the operating documentation were not observed;
- planned maintenance and seasonal maintenance were not performed within the terms specified in
this service book, and the maintenance sheets on page 25 were not filled;
- the owner failed to comply with the rules for transportation and storage of the product;
- any modification of the product or its structure have been made, or its spare parts have been
replaced with non-original parts and assembly units manufactured without prior agreement with the
manufacturer.
- repair and (or) replacement of spare parts were performed by the owner without prior written
consent from the manufacturing plant or the company responsible for repair of the machine during the
warranty period.
4 LIST 1
Works performed by a representative of the maintenance company during acceptance
and before commissioning
1 Check the conformity of the received product in the presence of the owner.
2 Introduce the operating documentation to the owner.
3 Conduct operational and maintenance safety training, including instructions on:
- operation of power and cooling systems;
- maintaining the required levels of fuel and lubricants in crankcases of various assembly units of the
machine;
- cleaning and maintenance of fuel and oil filters;
- operation and maintenance of the transmission;
- operation and maintenance of the hydraulic system;
- operation and maintenance of the braking system;
- operation and maintenance of electrical equipment, lighting and alarm systems;
- lubrication of the machine according to the lubrication table and diagram.
3 Perform test start and operation of the working equipment.
4 Perform one-day operation of the product by the owner's personnel under supervision of a
representative of the company performing maintenance works.
5 Participate in filling the maintenance sheet No.1 "During acceptance and before start-up" in section
"Maintenance sheets" and "Acceptance confirmation" in section 7.

9 OPERATIONAL MATERIALS
Use only recommended brands of operational materials for the machines. Fuel, engine oil
and cooling liquid, transmission oils, working fluids for hydraulic systems (hydraulic oils) and
plastic greases shall be used in accordance with the season and climatic conditions for
operation of the machines.
List of petroleum, oil and lubricants (POL) and recommendations for their application
depending on the ambient air temperature are given in the table 9.1.
Operational materials for the main machine units listed in the table 9.1 correspond to the
operational materials listed in the operating manuals supplied with the machine.
Brands of foreign lubrication materials that are similar in their characteristics to the equivalent
brands manufactured in the CIS countries are given in the table 9.2.

Deviation from the given periodicity of maintenance sessions is allowed within 10%.
Upon performance of each specific planned maintenance it is also necessary to carry out lubrication works according to the
lubrication diagram and all additional maintenance works described in this manual and documentation supplied with the
machine, as well as all previous maintenance works (i.e. when performing M-3 after 1000 hours of operation it is also
necessary to perform works of DM, M-1, 2M-1 and M-2).
11 SEASONAL MAINTENANCE
11.1 AUTUMN-WINTER MAINTENANCE WORKS
Check the operation of the cabin heater as follows:
• start the engine and set the cooling liquid temperature to 50–60 °С;
• open the heater inlet pipeline valve;
• turn on the heater fan drive electric motor by the heater switch.
The heater shall start to supply heated air into the cabin in 3-5 seconds.
Adjust the battery electrolyte density to the winter norm (depending on the climatic region);
Flush the fuel tank and fill it with a winter grade fuel; Rinse the hydraulic tank and replace the
working fluid in accordance with the season; Change the oil in the crankcase from summer to
winter grade;
Disassemble, clean and lubricate the locks and hinges of the doors; Perform seasonal
maintenance lubrication works.
SPRING-SUMMER MAINTENANCE WORKS
Disconnect the cabin heater, install the fan and check its operation.
Adjust the battery electrolyte density to the summer norm (depending on the climatic region);
Flush the fuel tank and fill it with fuel of summer grade.
Flush the hydraulic tank and change the working fluid in accordance with the season;
Change the engine crankcase oil from winter to summer grade;
Perform seasonal maintenance lubrication works.
12 STORAGE MAINTENANCE
Maintenance works performed during storage are specified in the "Storage and preservation"
section of the compactor operating manual.
