Good day, praise be Jesus and Mary! We are third year college students from Saint Mary's
College of Marinduque taking up the course Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
Major in Financial Management. We wrote this letter to ask for your permission to give us some
information that would play an important role in our thesis, entitled, "Fuel Site".

This letter sought to give the data that will answer the following questions:
 Number of vehicles that were bound to Brgy. Ihatub from 2018 – 2023
 What type of vehicles are bound to Brgy. Ihatub?

The survey would be arranged at a time convenient to participation in the survey is entirely
voluntary and there are no known or anticipated risks to participation in this study. All
information provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and would be used only for academic
