- Systems of education can be theoretically based on philosophy. It supports educators and politicians
in making decisions on what should be taught, how it should be taught, and why it matters.

- Applying philosophical ideas and techniques to many aspects and areas of education is the practice
of educational philosophy. This entails applying philosophical reasoning, critical analysis, and thought
to tackle important issues and ideas in education, such as the nature and goals of education,
curriculum design, teaching methods, and ethics, among other topics.

- Holistic health is an approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental,
emotional, social, and spiritual components of health. As a field of practice, holistic medicine draws
from many disciplines, religions, and cultures to heal people, communities, and even the
environment. Knowing what holistic health entails, I would take the following actions to reach this
objective: Maintaining a balanced diet with a range of complete foods, including fruits, vegetables,
lean proteins, and whole grains, is essential to physical health. The next one is mental and emotional
wellbeing, which can be improved by using stress-reduction strategies, practicing mindfulness and
meditation, and getting professional assistance when necessary. The following one is social ties,
which can improve one's emotional and social wellbeing through fostering relationships and
preserving social connections. The next step is lifelong learning, which can improve mental health by
continually enhancing knowledge and abilities through education and personal development. The
last is the positive mindset, which can improve one's mental and emotional health by fostering a
positive outlook on life and putting an emphasis on one's own beliefs and aspirations.
