Professional Skills Development Activity:

PSDA 1: Network with corporate employee / carry out industry research survey to identify and understand the translation of leadership styles and power
dynamics in daily work practices.

PSDA 2: The students will be given real life situation for reflection of leadership Skills for and developing solutions for team building. They will be evaluated
on analytical skills and applicability of the solution.

PSDA 3: The students will project the skills acquired while steering through the course content in the form of learning journal
