Course Objectives:
 To understand the role of organization development in predicting and implementing change in the organizations.
 To comprehend, apply and analyze OD as a diagnostic process, particularly in terms of the functions and styles for corporate and legal practitioners.
 To evaluate the model for OD process and design and develop the application of the OD process in mounting high performance teams in the organization.

Prerequisites: Understanding of Human Resource Management.

Pedagogy for Course Delivery:


The course will be an amalgamation of theoretical and case based styles. Classroom interaction, power point presentations and video tapes will definitely have to be a vital part of the learning process. Case studies will
be conversed and analyzed in class.
For Module I & II compulsory role play Industry experts shall come and discuss their knowledge with students. All Students shall create projects based on their understanding of the subject. The Group Projects and
Group Presentations are mandatory
