1. Identify the types of verbal and nonverbal communication;


2. Differentiate verbal from nonverbal communication; and
3. Orally narrate events in factual and personal recounts using appropriate verbal and
non-verbal cues.

connection of the picture to their
lesson.
The connection of the pictures that were
flashed on the screen is about communication
specifically how people communicate
whether verbal or non-verbal.

 Continue, “Today, we are going to


identify the two types of
communication. These are verbal and
non-verbal communication.
 The teacher discusses the definition of
verbal and non-verbal communication
as well as its types.
 The teacher gives examples and ask
the students to give other examples.

The following are the terms that you must

Verbal Communication is a type of


communication that you use in expressing
your feelings or ideas through the use of
words.

Nonverbal Communication is the process of


delivering a message using actions without
words.
