Title of the Job: Prepare and Bake Spanish Bread (NO –TIME METHOD)
Performance Objective: Given the supplies and materials, you should be able to prepare and bake
Spanish Bread in accordance with the industry and standards.
Supplies and Materials: For the filling:
Ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar
For Dough: 1 cup margarine / butter
½ cup all purpose – flour
500 grams Bread Flour ½ teaspoon salt.
230 ml Fresh Milk
15 grams water (Lukewarm Water)
1 large egg
160 grams sugar
60 grams lard
5 grams salt
½ cup bread crumbs (for dusting)

Straight Dough method/ Direct Method:
