during exercise, maximize exercise performance, and improve. The connection on Meal planning
and exercise is to learn more about the importance of healthy breakfasts, workout snacks, and
meal plans.

scenario.

Answer:

A person achieve Fitness through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, physical
activity, and sufficient rest.

Example:
