HOW TO MAKE FRENCH FRIES

 Materials
 Water
 Cooking oil
 Cornstarch
 Potatoes
 Mayonnaise
 Salt

 Equipment
 Troy  rice paper
 frying pan  spatula
 pan  Potato Peeler
 knife  Sieve
 basin  cutting board

 Step
1. Peel the potatoes, after that wash it.
2. cut the potatoes into several pieces
3. Sook the potatoes with water and salt, wait for 30 minutes or more
4. after waiting for 30 minutes, drain it boil over medium heat, wait for
about 5 minutes.
5. drain carefully so as not to be cut off and left the steam evapore first

6. Coat the potatoes with cornstarch, try to arrange them parrallel to avoid
breaking the potatoes when croated with flour, move it.
7. fry the potatoes on high heat for 1 minute, then reduce the heat and fry for
5 minutes, after that lift and dry.
8. Let the potatoes for a few minutes before refry, after letting it refry at
high temperature, when it’s cooked, remove and dry
9. Then serve on a plate and springkle with salt to taste
