1 Approved architectural drawing (AFC) available.
2 Change, Modification, Alteration checked.
3 All blocks are as per required dimensions.
4 Grinding work and tie rod holes fixing by GP2 chemical should be done.
5 Beam bulging issues should be solved as per methodology.
6 Electrical conduit and firefighting sleeves opening should be done.
7 Check hacking of columns/beams is completed.
8 Location for masonry is clean.
9 Layout done by solid blocks (where ever applicable).
10 All blocks surface moist.
11 Mortar (Conventional/Ready mix) material available.
12 Mason having all necessary tools
B DURING EXECUTION CHECKS
13 Masonry surfaces is wet and free from dust.
14 Lineout of room walls, inner dimension, right angle of rooms checked
15 Mortar mix/ Ready mix proportion- checked.
16 All layers are in uniform level.
17 Opening size & location checked.
18 Concrete band/ provision of bars in partition wall checked. (If Required).
19 Ensure mortar is being used completely within 90 minutes after mixing.
20 RCC band is provided as specified at every 1m height as required.
21 Anchorage for lintels are adequate as specified.
C POST CHECKS
22 Curing arrangements checked
23 Plumb of walls & line of wall should be checked.
24 Block/Brick masonry completed up to 1m height in one day activity.
25 Last layer tied in the next day.
26 Block work date should be mention.
27 Surrounding area should be cleaned.
