Importance of Team: Good teamwork starts with a shared understanding of its importance. Many organizations recruit people with an aptitude for and leaning towards teamwork. Their induction process emphasizes it. The way teams work demonstrates it, although team members have clear and designated responsibilities, they help others when required. Celeste
Celeste inaugurated on February, 2011. I predict that Islamabad may be the best one because of the following factors.
At present in F10 Markaz (Islamabad) there is no competitor on the basis of quality, fast food restaurant and brand image. Islamabad has a good market potentials because people are financially strong Islamabad is saturated with most colleges and universities and elite class people. Therefore most of the students and elite class people will go for the fast food Population of Islamabad is enough to meet the requirements for opening a franchise of Celeste Enough people of upper and upper-middle class to be targeted. There is absence of high class restaurant which can provide food at traditional standards.
Account managers should be responsible for managing daily and annual accounts Sales manager should be made responsible for increasing the sales by at least 2% in each 3 years Beside all the activities managers should be made responsible for monitoring the performance of the employees The manager should also be made responsible for dealing with raw material suppliers about pricing, timing and quantity of raw materials Manager should also be responsible for allocating raw material for daily use
Supervisors Celeste should have at least two supervisors for the Islamabad outlet in order to have a supervision on each and every activity which managers cant all the time Supervisors should be responsible for supervision of waiters and not letting them to commit any kind of miss behavior with customers Supervisors should be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the outlet One of the main tasks of supervisors should be to have a check on all the chefs and cooks to cook quality of food items and also to be on time. Because chefs and cooks are actually the heart of the food business Waiters: The responsibilities of waiters in Celeste Islamabad will be the followings The waiter must take and deliver orders on time To accommodate the customers as per their requirements There should be one or two head waiters to have a check only on waiters and allocate their jobs Cooks:
There should be at least 3 cooks in Islamabad outlet They should cook good quality food keeping in mind the taste of the customers
P-10: Identify and evaluate resource requirements to implement a new strategy for a given organization
Importance of resources allocation Resource-allocation is a plan of utilizing the available resources in most effective way, for example human resources, financial resources, technical resources and so on. It is the process of allocating resources to different projects or business units. Like which resource should be present in the plan and what level of funding it should get. There is also priority ranking of products in the plan which shows that which items is important and which item one can leave if the funding is less. So if resource allocation is not done properly then company might not use their resources
at there full capacity and might face lose. For better output one should plan and allocate resources effectively
Performance Review
Method Study Method study is a systematic recording and evaluation of way of doing work (both existing and proposed) as a means of developing easier, more effective methods and thereby reducing costs. The basic steps in method study are: Select the job to be study Observe and record information about the job and methods used, recording devices taking the form of: Process or flow charts; Motion charts; Layout models and templates;
String diagrams; Film/video; Examine and analysis the information; Identify ways of improving the method, which might take the form of: Eliminating operations; Combining operations; Devising different physical movements; Altering machines or tools; Altering the sequence of operations Eliminating any duplicated efforts Develop revised/improved methods; Implement the new method; Record and evaluate the new method, making adjustments where necessary. (Bruce R Jewell, 2002 p. no.445) Value Analysis An analysis of the main features of a product to see if the same performance and style can be achieved at lower cost (Peter Stimpson, 2002, p. no. 313) There are three main features involve in the design of any new product. These are: Performance; does it have the features looked for by consumers and will it be reliable. Appearance; does it look right? Is the appearance of the product appropriate for the market it is aimed at? Economy of manufacture; can it be made at a cost level that will allow a profit to be made? System Analysis Is the process of analysis method procedures, sequences of activities, like inputs required and output expected in operational? The purpose of system analysis is to improve existing systems. The sequences of activities in system analysis are similar to those involved in method study. Prepare a brief, defining the objectives and constraints on the study itself. Investigate and record data on current system, and procedure: this is done by flow charting. Prepare a specification for the new system, what it will do, and how it will do it. In my opinion Value Analysis technique will be relevant for Celeste because they deal in products so by improving products function as required by their customers which will give them the competitive advantage over their competitors.

The above Gantt chart graphically shows the targets of Mr. Cod in Peshawar and time scale for completion of the particular targets Market Development Targets As Peshawar is a new market for Mr. Cod one of the first targets will be to capture maximum market share by taking full advantage of their strong reputation in the food market plus by aggressive advertisings and arranging different seminars, concerts etc. school, colleges and university visits can also help Mr. Cod in improving the market share. Mr. Cod must keep the same prices in order to keep its status alive as its an international brand so the reduction of prices seriously affects its market people will diffidently doubt its quality.
