Dispute for Months Rest. But Due Serious Pen Note at Health Condition the petitioner Page 85 was admitted in Medica Superspeciality Hospital on 03.07.2019 and he was discharged on 8th and was to take bed rest for 4 weeks.

on 17.11.2018 and from 18th Onwards the petitioner was under dialysis for 5 days till 22/11/2018 Copy was submitted to the Headmaster.

It is to be mentioned here that
