Check the condenser coil to determine if it needs cleaning

Check all wiring and connection to controls and electrical

connections

Check blower belt wear, tension & adjust

Check voltage & ampere draw on all motors with meter

Check compressor contactor

Visually inspect compressor and check amp draw

Check start capacitor & potential relay

Check pressure switch cut-out setting

Replace air filter or clean reusable type filter

Install gauges & check operating pressures

Check condensate drain and pan then advise of any

discrepancies

Check expansion valve & coil temperature

Superheat and suction line temperature

Capacitor readings rated and actual

Contactor Condition

Wiring connections and spade connectors

Compressor amp draw rated and actual

Fan motor amp draw rated and actual

Outdoor Ambient and temperature rise on condenset

Indoor Ambient and temperature drop on cooling coil

Drain line condition (Overflow protection)
