    Dear Dr. Santos,

    May this letter finds you well and safe!

    As for PHO record on June 25, 2022, the Province of Oriental Mindoro has achieved
    71.63% of fully vaccinated person. In relation to this, we still have remaining target of
    210,768 people which requires 70, 256 vials of choice (i.e. Pfizer) and remaining target
    for Booster dose of 469,312 people which need 78,219 vials.

    The PHO Cold Chain Management updated the Pfizer vaccine balance on hand as of
    June 24,2022 at 17,011 vials stored at the Ultra-Low Temperature Freezer and DOH CHD
    MiMaRoPa allocated another 76,050 doses (12,675 vials) Pfizer for our province for
    delivery on July 4,2022.

    In this connection, may we ask your cooperation and assistance to extend your
    accommodation to vaccinate not only your health worker staff but also relatives and
    other persons available in your vicinity. Our Cold Chain Storage facility will provide the
    vaccines and ancillaries as well as the necessary documents needed in the activity.

    We greatly appreciate your support in achieving our common goal to fight and
    eliminate the covid 19 virus in our society.
