WRIT OF EXECUTION

G R E E T I N G S:
WHEREAS, on November 20, 2003, the judgment in the above-entitled case was
rendered by this Court, the dispositive portion of which reads:
“WHEREFORE, prescinding from the forgoing premises, this
Court hereby renders judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the
defendant. Accordingly, defendant Milagros R. Requesto is hereby
ordered:

1. to pay plaintiff within a period of ninety (90) days from

the date of service hereof the amount of P1,000,000.00 with
stipulated interest of 3% per month computed from April 2,
2001, the date of the extra-judicial demand, until fully paid;

2. that in default of such payment, the property covered by

Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-77068, Registry of Deeds of
Las Piñas City be sold to realize the mortgage debt and costs
in the manner provided by law;

3. to pay attorney’s fees equivalent to 25% of the

outstanding loan obligation; and

4. to pay the cost of suit.

WHEREAS, on October 25, 2004, this Court granted the Motion for Execution
filed by the plaintiff.
NOW THEREFORE, you are hereby commanded to cause the execution of the
aforesaid judgment, including payment in full of your lawful fees for the service of the
writ.
GIVEN UNDER MY HAND AND SEAL of this Court, this 10 th day of
November, 2004 at Las Piñas City.
