Conception

IIC is a unique initiative of MoE's (Ministry of Education) Innovation Cell and is different
from other existing models, it aims at streamlining and strengthening the Innovation and
startup ecosystem in Higher Education Institutions.

Objective
IIC is a faculty-experts-student council which takes on multiple activities to promote
Entrepreneurship round the year. IIC’s objective is to prepare the students with skills like
critical thinking to give brief idea about challenges and difficulties one can face while
setting up its own start-up and innovation.

Motivational Session by Dr. Jayantilal N. Patel, Professor

at SVNIT,
A Motivational Talk by Dr. Jayantilal N. Patel, Professor at SVNIT, has over 38 years
professional experience and his work has involved trans-disciplinary approach to water
research and focused on water resources management understanding farmers’ need in
irrigation. organized by IIC-VIEAT cell on 25-07-22. Around 120 students and many more
faculties participated in theevent. Dr. Jayantilal N. Patel has explained his story of how
Became a Professor and his research. He also gave students ideas on how to start a new
business and its set up. He explained conceptual matters fro start up and difficulties
encountered during start up and explained how to cope up with difficulties and become
successful entrepreneur.

Session on “Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship”

The workshop cum training event was conducted on 25th July 2022, by Dr. J. N. Patel
encompassing Interactive business aspects for entrepreneurship. The events in
collaboration with IIC, AICTE and Vidhyadeep Institute of Engineering And Technology
Diploma Section. Participants were to come for the workshop with an Idea or at least your
interest in becoming an Entrepreneur. The Interactive Workshop consisted of Ideation,
Business workshops to help the participants understand the basics of customer discovery,
customer segments and value proposition. Overview of Business model canvas and market
was also given. The event was open to all and registration was free. Hosted by Prof.
Vishesh Shah, Convener of IIC Prof. Kavaljitsinh Kosamiya Has elaborated Aim and
Objective of IIC and Present Session. Prof. Divyesh Patel (Co-ordinator-Innovation) has
given a brief introduction of Dr. J. N. Patel and all other dignitaries present on dice. Later
on Dr. J. N. Patel Preceded over the session and He explained about Entrepreneurship for
around one and Half-hour. Head of institution (Principal) Dr. Govind Gagrani addressed to
the gathering and explained the outcomes of session of Dr. J. N. Patel. At the End of
