The Cotabato Electric Cooperative (COTELCO), a National Power Corporation

(NAPOCOR) substation that already distributes power throughout the region, will power

the Octobirka Aqua Farming. Power will be available to clients 24 hours a day, seven

days a week for their convenience. For back up, power generations will be acquired by

the company. Additionally, Kabacan Water District as one of the municipality's water

suppliers, will furnish water to the enterprise along with the irrigation systems produced

by the company. Furthermore, the PLDT will be the internet and communcations

provider of the business to ensure connectivity towards the customers.
