Factory closed due to Moharram

Dear Monginite Date 24-06-2023

We would like to inform you that our factory will be temporarily closed from dates
19-07-2023 to 28-07-2023 due to Moharram.

However we will make all possible arrangements to continue the supply of

products to shops during this period.

Mentioned below are details for supply from dates 19-07-2023 to 28-07-2023.

1.You will have to place advance order of all available Std & Large cakes,Pastries &
Fixed SP cakes ( including cones) for supply date 19-07-2023 to 28-07-2023
morning delivery in advance order tab in POS as per schedule mentioned below.
Please make sure to place proper order quantity to avoid under stocking or over
stocking of the same.

2.For supply dates 19th & 20th July we will supply products from Pune Factory,from
supply dates 21st July to 28th July we will provide from other manufacturing unit
with some changes in flavours & design in the cakes.Attached is details of
products which will be available from supply date 21-07-2023 to 28-07-2023.

3. There will be no second delivery from supply date 18-07-2023 to 28-07-2023.

4.From supply date 19-07-2023 to 28-07-2023 we will supply fixed SP cakes ,1.5 kg
& 2 kg Rect,Round,Square cakes only in fixed flavours,fixed sizes &
designs ,attached is images of the available SP cakes,these products will be
available on normal return basis.You will have to place orders in advance order
tab as per advance order schedule.(Supply of all other SP cakes & Customer
choice cakes will be discontinued during this period).

For Customer choice photo cakes for dates 19-07-2023 to 28-07-2023 you have to
place order in 1.30 pm tab everyday during this period. Available flavours for
customer choice photo cakes are mentioned below.

Please keep your customers informed that there are chances of bubble formation
and blur in images of Photo cakes.

5. Supply of all Savouries, bread products & all breads will be discontinued from
supply date 19-07-2023 to 28-07-2023.

6.There will be no supply of packing material.trading items,packaged products

from 18-07-2023 to 30-07-2023.
7. There will be no night addition facility for std & large cakes & Pastries during
supply date 19-07-2023 to 28-07-2023.

8. You will have to place advance order of all packing material.trading items,
packaged products on date 5-07-2023 and supply will be done by date 16-07-
2023.Please make sure to place proper order as we will not be able to supply this
material during the period as factory will remain closed.

Please note from supply date 29-07-2023 onwards we will start normal supply of
all our products from Pune Factory with all products design and order timing as
per our existing design and existing ordering schedule.
