Jane: Oh hey, I didn’t see you there. Did you already get a table?
Helen: Yeah, right over here.
Jane: I’m glad we had time to meet up. Helen: Me too. So, what’s going on?
Jane: Oh, not much. You?
Helen: Not much. Hey, how did your interview go? Wasn’t that today?
Jane: Oh, yeah. I think it went well. I don’t know if I got the job yet, but they said they would
call in a few days.
Helen: Well, I’m sure you did great. Good luck.
Jane: Thanks. I’m just happy that it’s over. I was really nervous about it. Helen: I can
understand that. I get nervous before interviews, too.
Jane: Well, thanks for being supportive. I appreciate it. Helen: Sure, no problem.

Answer :
1. The language used in the conversation between Helen and Jane is casual. This type of
language tends to be simpler and shorter. When one uses casual language, we can
show listeners a sense of closeness and authenticity which makes them more
comfortable.
Ex : “oh not much”
In casual we can say "oh not much." but in formal language we should say " there is
not much"
2. The topic of this conversion is that helen asked jane about a job interview that jane
did

 Imagine it is a picture of your office. Write a descriptive paragraph about the place in 100-

Answer :
The room was a small one, measuring about 3x4 ft. As you walked in, you could
smell a mixture of two very distinct smells, flowers perfume, and cologne. Lit by only the
glow. And it's my sweet office.
I have been working for 2 years in this company. The location of this company at
Ahmad Yani Street No. 21 Padang, West Sumatera. In this company , I worked as a manager
consultant engineer. In this company, i work to design build, bridges on government
infrastructure projects.
As you can see that my working space consist of work bench, and a private bookshelf.
Because there are a lot of secrets data and privacy here, so i chose private bookshelf to
looking out for the case. And the interesting stuff is the case board. This is the thing that i
usually used to arrange the course of a case. This board helps me a lot on working.
And the interior of the room it's just simple. It's a room with a white dressing, and has
a lot of lighting by ventilation. It is used for a fresh atmosphere to keep the mood and focus
are awake. And what i feel to be in here was so good. It is because i can purely focused when
i have to do some case without worrying any noise and some disturbance. And also i love the
outside window view, whenever i have to rest from working. This is such as a great place.
