Gà: Good morning miss Tam and friends, today I'm here to represent group 2 talking about our

project.
The topic today is the Teen Support group and here is our presentation. Please enjoy

Ri con: Teenagers are people from 11 to 16 years old. Nowadays, teenagers have lots of pressure.
Every young people have different types of stress.

The first one we want to talk about today is: Family pressure: when parents put too much hope on
children, they want their children to go the way they think is the best, sometimes those things become
pressure on kids, make them feel stressed, want against and do differently.

For example, in my family, I want to become a scientific researcher but my mother wants me to become
a medical doctor

Pressure also comes from siblings, people usually compare them, making the relationship between
brothers and sisters in a family worse.

The second one is Peer Pressure: In school life, some friendships appear in the competition usually
about the score.

Another pressure also related to scoring is study pressure: It's most clearly expressed in our timetable

Gà: As you can see, student study with high intensity, especially senior students leads to health effects.
Some parents force their children to study too much making them feel exhausted. And when their hard-
working exchange bad scores, students will feel like they're a failure.

Body Samsung: At a vulnerable age, teenagers can easily become negative because of malicious
comments. The most popular is body shaming, when you joke about others' appearance, leaving bad
comments, and making them feel embarrassed just to have fun.

Social media: But sometimes the worst pressure can come from a virtual place like Social media. In this
place, a lot of people show their mean in their comments about others, and when victims are young
people, those horrible things will leave them

in psychological fear. It's an example of cyber violence

Ri con: Adolescence is also when teenagers started to have special feelings for others usually called
teen love. It's just a natural feeling, like a spice for our school life but also brings lots of problems.
Spending too much time on the relationship can easily make students distract from learning. Most of the
teenagers said they felt depressed when their love was broken, some even do insane things like hurting
themself.
GàL That's why we created this team, by connecting to friends with the same mind, we built this group
with the name Vitamin Healing team

Our main target is to provide teenagers with a place where they feel safe and comfortable, listen to
their stresses and give advice in every different situation.

Like when a student has to face school violence, they usually chose to suffer, stay silent and let go of
those bad things. But we will tell them why they should be strong, protect themself, and ask for help by
telling parents and teachers about things they have to face

In life, Everyone can get mean comments from toxic people about their appearance even in real life or in
the cyber world, the

necessary thing is you need to know that everyone has beauty, and a good-looking can't win a wise
mind. So stay positive, never stop improving yourself and your knowledge, and become the best version
of yourself

Ri con: I once heard a saying that gave me positivity and inspiration. It said "My body my rules-I don't
own your perfection

If you notice there is a distance between you and your parents,

too tired of studying after trying your best or being too tired of the expectations they put on you. Try to
share with them respectfully, tell them how tired the past time was, how hard you tried, the difficulties
those expectations brought you, and ask for their understanding. I think after hearing those earnestly
from children, every parent will have to think again

And even though we can't change too much what is happening to them and in some situations, we
won't able to help. At least they can share their problems, having someone to listen and try to
understand their feelings, get soft and sincere advice can make them feel better.

Gà: For the first step, we started with our family, talking to siblings and cousins who are teenagers.
Some are tress by being compared, some are senior students, having both pressures from study and
family, can't choose between their dream and their parent's dream. After spending all day listening,
sharing, and giving advice, they told us they feel much relief which made us so happy and proud

Our next step is classmates, and for the bigger project, we are planning to create a social account, this is
where teenagers on the internet share with us their life by sending messages, and receiving advice from
us, helping young people be more positive in life.

Hope our team can help more and more people, and if you are feeling difficult or having too much
stress, come to us. The Vitamin Healing team will always be there to listen.
