DR SWATI – DENIED FOR PRIVILEGE CARD COUNSELLING TO PATIENT. SHE SAID I WILL NOT BE ABLE
TO DO THIS. I WILL ONLY COUNSEL THE PATIENT ABOUT THEIR CHECKUP AND TESTS I WILL NOT
EXPLAIN THEM ABOUT CARD AND ITS BENEFIT.

COMPLAINTS AND CONCERNS OF PMSMA PATIENTS

 Receiving complaints from bisrakh and bhangel from doctors and staff about the waiting
time. Have been explained to them about site issues and redemption method but they
complaint that after redemption still they are made to wait for hours due to which
they are being negative .
 PT complaints that cash patients are prioritized over us in USG.

REASONS FOR NON REDEM ONES –

 In many cases pt get the USG done from outside and when asked for OTP the patient
denies because the OTP generated with the SBI due to which they do not share the OTP.
 For minimizing this - the written instructions for USG have been provided to shruti
and deepshika so that they can convey them to patient prior to enrolment.
2. Sunday camp update

 E – rickshaw - broke down since 2 months. Mentioned previously also.

 Society/school/imam – done by nazir and kalyan 256 messages sent by
each for the same. Meeting done by nazir in school and imam for the camp.

Camp calling response received from the calling team –

 Frequent calls for camp - pt irritated . after hearing call is from
NIMMS THEY DISCONNECT.
 Many pts have blocked due to repeated calls every month.
  Patients complaint that here treatment is not good. They say
that for which cause they were admitted they were not
treated for the same.

3. MARKETING TEAM UPDATE

10/10/23 to 12/10/23 – in Haldoni area ( as per information received from
Rakesh thakur ayushman )-

START BY END OF OCTOBER.
