This notice is in relation to all QSK 45 gen-set packages in Aggreko Internationals

fleet.

Retraction

Contrary to the advice given in AI/SB/0001 site reports have indicated that the removal of
engine breather pipe in radiator fan compartment is causing an excess of condensate in radiator
compartment. This bulletin is being retracted.

Action

The original pipe which, was removed, is to be replaced as shown in fig 1 of AI/SB/0001.
Care is to be taken that the engine sump is not overfilled with oil as this is seen as the major
cause of excess condensate. The condensate catchment bottle must also be cleaned at regular
intervals

Follow up

Please complete a CCAN to advise Technical Services records department that this instruction has
been carried out.

Any adverse effects of this instruction are to be communicated to the Technical Director.
