Description of Information Sought

On 23-09-2023 in front of Shramik Statue NCL HQ, between 12-30 to 1 PM, Mr Keshav Prasad Sharma, EMP No. 26393710, Accountant, NCL HQ
along with a few other employees of NCL HQ staged a protest or agitation, In light this incident Please furnish the following information.

1. Please furnish a copy of permission granted by the Competent Authority of NCL for staging a protest or agitation during official hours on the Company
premises.
2. Please furnish the number of employees of NCL HQ who were granted permission to participate in the protest or agitation during official hours on the
Company premises.
3. Please furnish the number of employees of NCL HQ who participated in the said protest or agitation during official hours on the Company premises
and the number of man-hours lost to this agitation.
4. Please furnish the hours of work of NCL HQ including the break hours and Saturday.
5. Please furnish the loss to the Company due to staging a protest or agitation during official hours on the Company premises.
6. Please furnish the number of employees who have staged a protest or agitation during official hours on the Company premises and were granted
Overtime on 23-09-2023.
7. Please furnish the number of employees who were found absent during the official hours in their designated place and have staged a protest or agitation
during official hours.
