Introduction

Reviewing technological growth and modifications to what is in force, most companies are taking

options for change and continuous improvement with the focus of creating the coverage of the

best needs of their clients, for the fulfillment of mutual objectives, both financial and satisfactory.

This is why by reviewing the proposals made by the technical, managerial and operational

department that pledges its life and its knowledge for the continuous growth of the company in

which it provides its service and that is where it receives an amount which depends of the

financial continuity of the company; where each investment and the management of cash flows,

which make the company sustain its risk or stability situations to continue with projects that

generate a small investment with fairly high results, to give positive results to the strategic

management that invades the majority of companies when it is economically affected and

promotes growth alternatives.


Objectives

Analyze strategies to lead teams to achieve strategic objectives from the appropriation of

different concepts framed in theories of leadership and management of change and

conflict within organizations.

Conclusions

Facebook is a company that, although it had a great potential for exploitation, it did not find the

ways to emerge and remained stagnant, leading it to bankruptcy; that is why carrying out an

adequate strategic planning, fulfilling it to the full, would have allowed the company to enter the

current market.
