wisdom and knowledge, we were able to complete this
report with ease under her supervision which was a very
enriching experience for all of us!

of what is seen now could have been possible in terms of

 PREFACE
This Project Report has been prepared in partial fulfilment of the requirement
for the Subject: Practical Studies of the programme Bachelors of Computer
Application. (Sem-VI) in the academic year 2022-23

We feel immensely delighted to present this project HOTEL BOOKING

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. In this project we have tried to give all the
important and appropriate things about the project.

Before tasking the project work for foundation, it is quite necessary to have an
exact idea the work “Project”. The project consist of seven letters each letter
has its own significance as follow.

„O‟ For Operation
„J‟ For Joints Efforts
„E‟ For Engineering Function
„C‟ For Communication
„T‟ For Task of Working

We are happy to hand over this project to SHREE UTTAR GUJARAT BCA
COLLEGE. The project is Hotel Booking Management system for guests and
tourists to booking hotel and hotel-rooms online.

In a computer application studies, the partial training is very important. We

can improve theoretical knowledge by reading and attempt class but it is
imperfect without getting partial knowledge. Begin it student; we should see
every side of technical unit. It performs vital role in developing software and
situation opportunities and problem.

In this project, we have endeavored to make this project attractive and easy to
understand. Each and every topic of the project is well-explained in detail
which will enhance the depth of the learning experience. We have also
included our system‟s pictures or diagrams related to the system, which is our
creativity.
