THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter referred to as the “MOU”) is made
and entered into at Colombo in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on this 24 th day of
April Two Thousand Twenty Three (2023) for Construction of Proposed House for Mr. Gamage at
Maharagama.

BY AND BETWEEN

CCC Consultancy Pvt (Ltd), a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act of Sri
Lanka bearing company Registration No … PV 102345 and having its registered office at No 204,
Raja Maha Vihara Rd, Colombo 09 ( hereinafter referred to as “ the Employer’’ which term or
expression as hereinafter used shall where the context so requires or admits mean and include the
said Employer and its successors and permitted assigns) of the First Part.

AND

WZR Contractors (Pvt) Ltd., a Company duly incorporated under the Companies Act of Sri
Lanka bearing company Registration No PV 10579 and having its registered office at No. 12,
Kottawa, Pannipitiya, P.O.Box 26 , Sri Lanka ( hereinafter referred to as “ the Contractor’’ which
term or expression as hereinafter used shall where the context so requires or admits mean and
include the said Contractor and its successors and permitted assigns ) of the Second Part.

WHEREAS the Employer and the Contractor engaged further negotiations and corrected in
accordance with Instructions to Bidders, in the form of priced BOQ with associated technical
details.

WHEREAS the parties hereby agree, that subsequent to the revisions and provisions discussed as
specified in MOU and agreed that the Initial Contract Price, after inclusions of all such revisions
and provisions, shall be Sri Lankan Rupees Twenty-eight million, Eight hundred seventy-four
thousand and one hundred eighty-six and ten cents (LKR. 28,874,186.10 under the terms and
conditions of the Contract excluding Value Added TAX (VAT) and summary of the BOQ is
attached.

The both parties mutually agreed to

1. Both parties agreed and confirm that the project has been completed successfully to the
satisfaction of both parties.
2. Both parties confirm that the Project has been implemented in line with all laws by laws and
regulations imposed by the government from time to time.
3. Both parties agreed to all such provisions that are included in the scope of Work and
4. All the prices of such provisions have been fully included by the contractor in the above
Initial Contract Price unless otherwise any exclusions specified in MOU.

IN WITNESS WHERE OF the duly authorized representatives of WZR Contractors (Pvt) Ltd.
and CCC Consultancy Pvt (Ltd) and have placed their respective signatures hereto and to two
others of the same tenor and date as herein before set out.
