Interview

Introduce yourself.
I am Mikita, a 23-year-old gentleman.
My passions encompass the culinary arts, immersive computer gaming, and the captivating
worlds found within the pages of manga and books. I make a conscious choice to abstain from
both smoking and alcohol, prioritizing a healthy and purposeful lifestyle.
My aspirations in life revolve around amassing substantial wealth that would allow me to
finance meticulously crafted 2D screenings of my cherished manga. It is my fervent desire to
ensure that these adaptations are characterized by exceptional visual quality, complemented by
ample screen time, thus enhancing the storytelling experience to unprecedented levels.
On a professional level, I have dedicated a year and a half to self-studying JavaScript and
React. Additionally, I have accrued seven months of valuable experience applying this
knowledge within commercial projects.

Why were you fired?

One of the main reasons for my dismissal was my own mistakes. These included negligence
towards details that turned out to be significant.
For instance, there were two buttons, one created using a library and the other manually. I was
supposed to style the second button similar to the one created with the library. Instead of
exploring the possibility of achieving the desired result with the library, I decided to manually
create everything.
Another example is my failure to test for responsiveness on different devices unless it directly
affected the task at hand. Additionally, I made the mistake of diverting my focus from self-
improvement in areas directly related to my work and delving into game development.
From the aforementioned issue, we can observe another problem, which was my failure to
gather feedback from the employer.
The final issue that led to the problem and ultimately to my dismissal was taking on large
tasks without thoroughly understanding them. Rather than thoroughly examining them initially, I
would start working on them and encounter problems along the way.
Why did the last problem prove to be fatal? I was working on an outsourced project, and the
person who communicated with the client assigned me a task to modify a component I had
previously created and use it in a new context. The first problem arose when they mentioned
using data from the database that was not previously utilized (ironically, it turned out that it
wasn't necessary there either). As a result, I modified the component based on assumptions,
which turned out to be incorrect since I was only supposed to expand its functionality. During
the process of modification, I encountered another challenge - determining which data should be
used, where it should come from, and how it should be implemented. Consequently, the task
stretched over three weeks. The person assigning the task contradicted themselves multiple
times, and in the end, we parted ways due to the reasoning of "It's faster to do it myself than to
explain it to you."
What was the last book you read? (X – question - 1)
The last book I read, or rather, reread, is "FFF-class trashero." It's a Korean novel, which
falls into the popular isekai genre in recent years. However, this book offers a different
perspective on the genre, showing how something similar would work in reality.
In a typical isekai, the protagonist doesn't think about the fact that the main boss may try to
kill them before they even reach them. They save all the princesses just because they are
princesses, free all the slaves, and disregard the laws of the country, and so on.
This work also helps change the perception of justice, that everyone has their own sense of it,
and that's okay. The important thing is to have the strength to protect one's own sense of justice.
What superpower do you want to possess? (X - question - 2)
The greatest power one can possess is to be intelligent enough to say, "I am one of the
smartest beings in the universe." Because then you become mighty, yet not excessively so. This
is beneficial because being all-powerful would be quite dull. You can do whatever you desire,
but you can still make mistakes because you are human. You have the ability to share your
power with other people.
