AFFIDAVIT-COMPLAINT

I, SHIELA MAE R. ULALAN, of legal age, a Filipino National and

Resident of DOOR 2, KALIPA BLDG., NATIONAL HIGHWAY, BROCE
1, BRGY. TAMONTAKA, DOS MAGUINDANAO after duly sworn to in
accordance with the law, hereby depose and say that:

Good Day Maam/Sir;

Year 2020 I started doing Paluwagan to Ma Rosette Blanco Tamboboy. At
first doing business to her was smooth but not recently (JULY 2023) when
my paluwagan jewelry amounting to PHP 6,144.00 and paluwagan cash PHP
45,000.00 on which recently we know turn to cash investment was not
refunded due to as "what they said that It was given to their "main admin"
and that admin was now missing bringing our money". And we have no idea
that beside the two of them there are still other admins. +
MR PALUWAGAN GROUP on which I am a member are operated by Ma.
Rosette Blanco Tamboboy- Mangubat and Rhea Tamboboy Ocaya both
resident of Parang, Maguindanao. They promised to refund my money from
both jewelry and cash I paid to them but its more than a month but No
refund received from the jewelry paluwagan and only 1,000.00 Pesos was
refunded to my 45,000 cash paluwagan/cash investment as they said.
I am filling my complaint for the above mentioned name for not refunding
my money as what they promised. All I need is my money back. I gave my
money to them not to any persons they are reasoning out. They are the one
who are responsible on refunding my money for I was under their Admin and
group (MR PALUWAGAN).
Attached are payments I forwarded to the two Admins(Ma. Rosette and
Rhea) of the group MR
PALUWAGAN.
Hopping for immediate response on this matter.
