AFFIDAVIT-COMPLAINT

I, Luis Hombrebueno, of legal age, a Filipino National and

Resident of 360 Dracena St. Palmera Hills 1, Taytay, Rizal after duly
sworn to in accordance with the law, hereby depose and say that:

Nung April 27, 2023 may nagmessage po sakin para kumita ng 50

pesos sa paglike ng instagram page. Haggang dumating sa punto na
kailangan mag bayad ng halaga para kumita ng mas malaki. Nung unang
dalawang pagkakataon ay matagumpay ko na kuha ang kita. Ngunit
dumating s apunto na malaki na ang halaga at may sadyang magkamali
sa mga instructions nila. Nung sinabi ko na po na kulang pa pera ko,
pinipilit nila kung ano meron ay deposit ko na upang yung kulang nalang
ang idedeposit. Lagpas 150k po yung na deposit ko. Maari po ba ma trace
yung mga tao at sampahan ng kaso. May screen recording po ako nung
mga ganap at screenshots.
