13 broad context and highlight the purpose of the study; 2) Methods:

18 Smoking is ultimately a choice, it is your choice to decide whether or not you will continue to
19 smoke, even though it can be very tough to stop the habit. The risks of smoking along with a
20 description of nicotine addiction and the reasons it is so difficult to stop smoking, as well as the
21 benefits and drawbacks of quitting. And the actions you can take to facilitate the process will be
22 helpful once you have made the decision to stop smoking.

24 One of the biggest hazards to the present and future health of the planet is the smoking
25 epedemic that is currently spreading quickly throughout the developing countries. The single most
26 essential thing smokers can do to enhance their health is to stop smoking. This series will examine
27 the cause of smokers behavior, methods for assisting people in quitting, and strategies for
28 decreasing smoking rates in general.

45 significantly reduce youth tobacco product usage and initiation as this paper points out.
