19 1. Introduction
20 We decided to conduct this research in order to understand that you can encounter when
21 suffering from some types mental illness,as well as the ways that you can apply to yourself and the
22 things that should be done to prevent it. In recent years, mental health problems are verry common
23 among high school students of different regions. There are so many different cases that we
24 encounter every single day so here are the some of that.
25 Many people's addiction to social media can lead to serious mental health problems.It can have
26 an impact on their feelings,emotion,and physical bodies,which can cause anxiety .Daily exessive
27 use of social media and technology can expose them to content that is inappropriate for their
28 age,and another is depression ,which can cause low of self-esteem.
29 We must address this problem because more students are experiencing mental health issues as
30 a result of utilizing social media.Wa.We can design some activities to keep you away from social
31 media.When you put your phone away for a bit ,you may engage with your surroundings and do
32 things like arrange your belonging, play with others, spend time with your family,and take a deep
33 breath.Despite the prevalence of social media ,your mental health is more essential than anything
34 else.Social media can benefit you in many way, but when used excessively,it can cause problems for
35 you and harm your mental health.As a result,everything will suffer,including your mental health.
36 Both huge new obstacles and fascinating new opportunities have been brought forth by social
37 media.Nowadays,social media has significant impact on young people's life.Nowadays,thanks to
38 the development of technology information is easily acessible.Through social media ,we can
39 interact with otherother's but we are unable to see them face to face.
40 They might say something to you that you don't like,which could have an impact or stress you
41 out.Sout.Since teens and adults spend the majority of their time online socializing, this lack of
42 awareness is specially concerning in the context of today''s younger generation
