CIRCULAR
Dear Parent,
As you all are aware, on the Occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, Ministry of Education, Govt of India
aims to observe “Swachhta Hi Sewa” campaign with active involvement of students, teachers
and community to spread the message of cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene in the society (vide
CBSE Circular no.Acad-118/2023 dated 29.09.2023)
The school aims to fulfil the motto by organising a cleanliness drive ‘Swacchanjali’ in the
vicinity and surrounding areas of the school for which we urge the students to actively volunteer
and come forth to contribute their bit in the campaign on 1st October 2023, Sunday between
10:00 am to 11:00 am marking ‘Ek Tareekh Ek Ghanta’.
Kindly note the crucial pointers to be adhered for the same:
1. Reporting time for all students shall be sharp 09:30 am in the school arena from where the
cleanliness drive shall begin.
2. Students are expected to come in proper Tuesday school uniform.
3. Students must carry their caps, masks and gloves along with them, to avoid any contact
with infections and germs while they are participating in the cleanliness drive, and to
follow all norms of sanitisation.

enabling us to fulfil our role as a dutiful citizen and community member.
