TQM is implemented in our school

Our school's role is to ensure that students grow in a variety of ways. This includes ensuring that all
students have the opportunity to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, cultural, and physical skills
to the best of their abilities, as well as preparing them for their future school careers.

Good teaching is defined as instruction that leads to effective learning, which results in comprehensive
and long-term acquisition of the knowledge, skills, and values that the teacher or school has set out to
impart.

Use active learning in the classroom. The majority of students are unable to concentrate throughout the
class. After about 30 minutes, their attention begins to wander, first for brief moments and then for
longer periods of time, and by the end of the class, they are taking in very little and remembering even
less. Students' attention can be kept throughout a class session by giving them something to do on a
regular basis. Our students are also taught cooperative learning, which entails them working in groups

Teachers' contributions were highly valued. The teacher was responsible for allocating resources for
total quality management, allocating time for various training programs, appreciating and encouraging
students who came up with various improvement ideas. Total quality management was a holistic
concept developed to motivate people involved in the primary education system.
