Welcome. National Catering Company is committed to making your visit a safe and healthy one for you and others in the
workplace. It is for that reason that we require all visitors to NCC-operated facilities and workplaces to abide by the following
safety rules while they're here.

“It takes the efforts of everyone working together, Including Visitors to make NCC a safe & healthy workplace”.

All visitors Must Obey the following rules of conduct at all times:

All visitors to NCC facilities shall come to meet the in charge of the facility and sign the visitor’s log immediately upon
arrival.

All visitors and contractors must be accompanied by an NCC representative while in the facility, unless otherwise
authorized.

As part of the log-in process, you will be given a briefing at the meeting point about the hygiene and safety procedures of
the workplaces and the procedures to follow in case of an emergency.

No photographs of the facility shall be taken unless authorized by management.

All visitors are required to wash their hands thoroughly when entering and exiting the production area.

Visitors to production areas must wear an appropriate head covering and protective clothing before entry into food handling
areas.

All Visitors must remove jewelry, watches, and other accessories before entering food handling areas.

Visitors are not allowed to carry any articles, containers, dangerous goods, or prescription drugs into the production facility,
which are not approved by our company management.

Eating, drinking, gum chewing and smoking inside the food preparation area is strictly prohibited.

Visitor must turn away from exposed products when coughing and sneezing and cover mouth with your elbow.

Visitor shall declare to the NCC representative of any type of illness, open lesion, and communicable disease that he/she is
suffering currently or any history of such in the past one week, and any recent travel done to outside UAE.

In the event of an emergency, stay with your host and follow all emergency instructions.

Visitors must leave through the designated exit door after logging out.

Visitors who fail to follow these policies will have their visiting privileges revoked and be asked to leave. NCC shall not be
responsible for injuries visitors suffer because of violating these rules.
