Dear Mr./ Ms.______________________,

We are pleased to offer you the below position to work for National Catering Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC
in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions:

Start Date
Your employment commences on the date you report to work, and is dependent upon obtaining all approvals,
authorizations, medical examination and visa permits as applicable to you in terms of the UAE Labour Law.

Contract
You will be employed on a Full Time Limited Employment Contract, starting from the date of commencement of
employment.

Position
Your designated position will be (______________). Your role and responsibilities will be as per National Catering
Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC Job Description. National Catering Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship
LLC reserves the right to amend the job description as required.

Grade
Your position will be Grade (________). In accordance with National Catering Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship
LLC Grading System.

Basic Salary
Your monthly basic salary is AED (______) paid monthly in arrears. Overtime and offdays will be paid as per UAE labour
law. As per UAE Labour your salary will be paid into a bank account. If you do not have a bank account National Catering
Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC will open an account with our company bank.

Allowances
None

Accommodation / Transportation
National Catering Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC will provide accommodation and transportation according
to your grade.

Meals
National Catering Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC will be provide meals on Location. NB: If allowance is
provided on above selected category no facility or provision will be made available to the employee.

Other Conditions
None

Probation period
You are on a probationary period during the first six (6 Month) of your employment. During this period, your conduct,
demeanor, abilities and performance will be monitored and evaluated by the company, and only if deemed appropriate, at
the sole discretion of the company your appointment will be confirmed or if your performance found unsatisfactory, you
will be terminated by providing 14 days written notice.

Notice period
You should provide 30 days notice period should you wish to terminate the contract after or during the probation period.

Termination of Contract
If you wish to terminate the contract to fly back home during the probation period, the notice period will be 14 days
however, should you wish to return back to UAE within 3 months from the date of departure, your second employer (You)

is liable to compensate the recruitment cost to AED 7,000/- (Seven Thousand) to National Catering Company Limited -
Sole Proprietorship LLC.

If you wish to terminate the contract to join another company in UAE, the notice period will be 30 days and your (You)
second employer is liable to compensate the recruitment cost of AED 7,000/- (Seven Thousand) to National Catering
Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC

If the notice period is not served, the compensation (from the wage, not the basic wage) is to be paid on the remaining days
of the notice period by either party.

National Catering Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC shall terminate the contract if you are absent for over 20
inconsecutive days in one year or over 7 consecutive days without a legitimate reason or on the violation of Article 44.

Non-Renewal of Contract
If you do not wish to renew the contract, you must submit a non-renewal letter, 1 month before the end of contract. Else, it
shall be considered the continuation of the services and the visa renewal formality will be processed.

Sick Leave
All Sick leave availed must be certified by a doctor or a competent medical authority in the UAE. Failure to produce
certification will result in un-authorized absenteeism.

You will not be eligible for paid sick leave during the probation period.

You are entitled to sick leave not exceeding 90 days after the probation period and unpaid sick leave may granted
determining the medical condition before the probation period.

If the sickness is the result from your misbehavior, the salary shall not be provided on that leave and shall be considered as
unpaid leave.

Annual Leave
On completion of 12 months continuous services, and annually thereafter you will be entitled to 30 days paid annual leave.
Accrued annual leave may not be accumulated beyond 24 months and cannot be reimbursed and does not represent cash
benefit.

Location Transfer
National Catering Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC may transfer you from one location to another within the
company. This includes On-shore camps located in the Desert, Oil Fields or any other Remote Areas.

Business Conduct and Ethics


You may not disclose information of a confidentiality nature, such as pertaining to your remuneration or that of other
employees, or business results, figures and other confidential information to another party within or outside the company.
You must return all confidential material, manuals, documents, financial data and results upon termination of your
employment.

You have an obligation towards the code of conduct policy, staff development and position compliance policy, equality and

Work Schedule
Your work schedule will be as required for satisfactory performance of your duties.

Medical Insurance
National Catering Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC will provide Medical Insurance cover in line with the
government regulations.

Employee Development
In view of the company growth and development, all employees are encouraged to take responsibility in the development of
their individual skills as well as their own self development. Therefore, periodically you will be required to attend training
courses and programmed related to your development and to your work.

Repatriation
Should you resign before the contract period, you will be responsible for your own air ticket to return to your home
destination.

Should you complete the contract and do not wish to renew, you will be entitled to a repatriation air ticket to home country.

Non-Competition
You understand and agree that you shall not compete with the employer or be engaged in any competing project in the same
sector, provided that the requirement is specified, in terms of time, place and type of work, to the extent necessary to protect
the legitimate business interests. Where the non-competition period shall not be more than two years from the termination
of the contract.

End of Service Benefit (EOSB)


You will be entitled to receive an end of service indemnity in accordance with the provisions of the UAE Labour Law
which is 21 days basic salary between 1-4 years and 30 days basic salary upon completing 5 year after the probation period.

You shall not claim the end of service benefit while you are on leave. To claim the EOSB, you must re-join the duty and
serve the notice period. If you have submitted your resignation whilst on leave, your notice period starts from the date you
re-join.

Acknowledgement
This Employment Agreement is valid for fourteen (14) working days from the date above. Please ensure to respond within
fourteen (14) working days or this Employment Agreement becomes null and void.

In order to confirm your agreement with the above terms and conditions, and for National Catering Company Limited -
Sole Proprietorship LLC to issue the local labour contract, please sign this Employment Agreement and initial the bottom
right-hand corner of each page. Keep one copy of the signed Employment Agreement for your reference and return the
other to the National Catering Company Limited - Sole Proprietorship LLC, CHRO.
