Dear Parents,

An Opportunity to Develop Christlike Character in Music

I am writing to appeal to you the importance of learning music in our program in Adventist Academy-
Mindoro. We give value to the opportunity your children would miss while attending this institution. I
would like to inform you that the music program in this school is in harmony with the teachings of the
Bible. We encourage our students to learn playing instruments through Scripture songs. We value the
eternal riches found in the Scriptures to be planted into the hearts of our dear students enrolled in our
program.

To be honest with you, Music Education stimulates your students learning to improve better in their
academics and social skills. They will learn teamwork and collaboration in our program through
ensembles, choir, and orchestra. In addition, our program allows students to experience different
cultures whenever we travel to other places for evangelism. More importantly, through this type of
education we assure your children would learn discipline and ethics through encouraged practice.
