INTRODUCTION

Never stop Learning because education is a life-long process. From the day

we are born we begin with incidental and social learning and progress to formal

institutional learning from the moment. It increases our knowledge while also

improving our natural ability. The desire for knowledge drives us to continue

learning throughout our lives. Thus, lifelong learning is the process of actively

engaging our mind and body by pursuing knowledge and experience. It also keeps

our minds sharp and boosts our self-esteem.

Teachers must be educated and trained for professional efficiency, as well

as instilled with a positive attitude that will allow them to complete the training

and be prepared for the responsibilities ahead. Practice teaching (internship for

trainee teachers) is an essential component of the teacher education program that

is designed to prepare new entrants into the teaching profession and it is also a

placement in a work environment to gain professional experience. An internship is

a chance to integrate career-related experience into an undergraduate education

by taking part in planned and supervised activities.

Teaching for me is a noble profession that entails a great deal of

responsibility and duty to student because teachers not only teach and impart

knowledge, but they also inspire and motivate students to take important life

steps. They continue to work to instill confidence in students and guide them in

the right direction. The school is the only place where students can cultivate their

own knowledge while also having the freedom to dream.

Learning Task 1: Realizing What Teaching Internship is All About

 MY PERFORMANCE TASKS

Performance Task 1: Complete the structured frame.

I need to undergo teaching internship because Teaching internship plays a vital

role to my success as a professional teacher, it gives me the opportunities to apply
on what I have learned in actual classroom practice and it is also provides the roles
and functions to perform effectively in various settings. Teaching internship can
prepares me on a personal and professional advancement by empowering to
perform the rules in respective level, subject area, and discipline. It allows me to
work alongside a second teacher who will act as a mentor and I'd like to
experience of what it's like to be a teacher. A teaching internship is very important
to us because it will develop our professional aptitude, strengthen our character,
and provide or open a door for a good opportunity. Internships provide me with the
opportunity to learn more about the world of my chosen career. Most importantly,
I can gradually boost my confidence and motivation.

Performance Task 2: Among the 4 phases of internship, which seems difficult?

Why?
In the internship, we had to create learning plans and activities that the students
needed to do. For me, the most difficult phase in the teaching internship is the
third phase. This is because we have to take into account the different levels
of competencies and capacity of the students.

Performance Task 3: Research of following legal documents that apply to the

teaching profession. Write your insights on the space provided.

Existing Laws in the Insights

Teaching Profession (How will you apply this in your profession?
Resolution No. 435,1997 Code

According to the Code, that "Every teacher

such activities as gambling, smoking,

RA 10627 Anti-bullying Act of The Republic Act 10627, or the Anti-
2013 Bullying Act (the “Act”), aims to protect
children enrolled in kindergarten,
elementary, and secondary schools and
learning centers (collectively, “Schools”)
from being bullied. It requires Schools to
adopt policies to address the existence of
bullying in their respective institutions.
Any member of the school administrations,
student, parent or volunteer shall
immediately report any instance of bullying
or act of retaliation witnessed, or that has
come to one’s attention, to the school
principal or school officer or person so
designated by the principal to handle such
issues, or both. Upon receipt of such a
report, the school principal or the
designated school officer or person shall
promptly investigate.
The Teachers shall Participate and

RA 7877 Anti Sexual Republic Act No. 7877, or the Anti-Sexual
Harassment Act of 1995 Harassment Act of 1995 (RA 7877), is the
4

governing law for work, education or

training-related sexual harassment. RA 7877
states that “work, education or training-
related sexual harassment is committed by
an employer, employee, manager,
supervisor, agent of the employer, teacher,
instructor, professor, coach, trainor, or any
other person who, having authority,
influence or moral ascendancy over another
in a work or training or education
environment, demands, requests or
otherwise requires any sexual favor from the
other, regardless of whether the demand,
request or requirement for submission is
accepted by the object of said act.
As educators, we have an important role in
building cultures of consent and respect
among our students. According to Barnes
“No educator should have to put up with
sexual harassment from anyone, especially a
student. We have to have open dialogues
with our youth to stop this behavior while
they are young” because the teachers are
responsible for teaching children how to
read, write and be good people.
RA 4670 The Magna Carta for Section 13 of Republic Act No. 4670
Public School Teachers otherwise known as the Magna Carta for
Public School Teachers states that any
teacher engaged in actual classroom
instruction shall not be required to render
more than six hours of actual classroom
teaching a day.
This law give a teachers ample time to
prepare for the lesson and accomplish
teaching related jobs. Some teachers are
given 7 or 8 teaching loads in some schools.
This is a straight 8-hour of talking and
standing in class. Teachers who have 7 or
teaching loads only have lunch time as their
break. This means that they have no time in
school to perform other jobs like checking a
number of test papers and notebooks,
constructing instructional materials and
lesson planning. But the profession requires
so much but gives so little, these teachers
are forced to extend work hours at home.
5

Instead of spending time with their families,

they are compelled to sacrifice personal and
family life for the profession just for
students to learn new things the following
day. This law can help teachers to lessens
their workloads.

MY REFLECTION

At this point, I am familiar with the teaching profession and the

environment in which I must survive and figure out how to fit in. I
realized that being a student and living in the classroom are two
different things. It's difficult to teach students when you're feeling
fear, anxiety, nervousness, or excitement yourself. Connecting
with students is one of the challenges because it allows you to
educate them. The feedback I receive from my cooperating teacher
encourages me to grow and provides me with opportunities to

Title
Students Diversity and the Implementation of Adaptive Learning and Assessment

Researcher(s)
Zulmi Ramdani , Andi Amri, Deni Hadiana , Jaka Warsihna ,
Zulfikri Anas, Susi Susanti

Abstract

Identification of the diversity of students is often an important point that teachers

rarely consider before the learning is carried out. In fact, by understanding this
diversity, teachers can undoubtedly carry out adaptive learning and assessments
that are suitable for the conditions of students. This study aims to identify the
importance of knowing the diversity of students and how teachers can implement
appropriate learning and assessment. A systematic literature study was used in
this study. Researchers collect and select various related sources through the
existing search engine database. In-depth discussion schemes and continuous
cognitive briefing were carried out to objectify the study results. The results
showed that the diversity of students could be seen from the aspects of their
readiness cognitively and non-cognitively, learning styles, interests, talents, and
learning experiences. These aspects are essential for carrying out adaptive
learning and assessment. Good learning is done by seeing the situation in children,
which can be combined with learning resources in any form without exception. It
is expected that, even in limited conditions, teachers can still carry out learning
because they already understand the situation of their students and can take
advantage of various things that exist in their environment as learning resources.

educate when the teacher or
facilitators are not present, this
encourages initiative and self-reliance.

When students are in a bright, lovely

classroom, their minds are stimulated
to wonder and think, which encourages
them to be more imaginative and
creative.

A positive classroom environment

is one in which students feel
comfortable sharing their thoughts,
taking risks, asking questions and
confronting challenges in their learning
32

Performance Task 3 Design your classroom routine to ensure on effective

classroom structure.

My classroom Routines

First routine in my classroom by daily checking of classroom attendance,

this is to ensure order and that all of the students are present for class and
that no one is being left behind. Good attendance promotes good outcomes for
children. Good attendance practice may also lead to the earlier identification
of more serious concerns for a child or family and may have a vital part to play
in keeping a child or other family members safe from harm.

Second classroom routine would be the cleaning of rooms to ensure

order and safety inside the classroom so that the students/learners relaxed
when studying and boost student productivity, keep students and
administration healthy, and instill positive habits for the long run.

Third classroom routine by meeting and greeting the students before

and after class. This will ensure that the students acknowledge the teacher's
presence and creating a positive learning climate. It shown that the way
teachers greet students can influence student engagement level and behavior
in class.

What is the impact of these classroom routines to students’ learning?

Classroom routines allow students to quickly accomplish day-to-day tasks that are
required of both the teacher and students. Routines also help to create smoother
transitions between activities and therefore allow fewer opportunities for
disruptions to
occur._________________________________________________________________

Conduct an interview among students. Ask them why positive and non-
violent discipline is effective in the management of
learner behavior.

Instead of employing punishment or rewards, positive

discipline is a more effective technique to deal with
unruly pupils in the classroom. In addition to teaching
children how to make better decisions as they approach
maturity, it enables kids to learn and modify their
behaviour to meet expectations in the classroom.

Learning Task 7: Formulating My Classroom Rules

 MY PERFORMANCE TASKS

Performance Task 1 Conduct an interview with a learner, a

teacher and an administrator and ask them why rules are
IMPORTANT.

Rules are crucial because families and

citizens must live in a secure but joyful environment. Rules
guarantee us peace and security. They help us maintain civil
behavior, keep things organized, and create more harmony in
our communities. By following them, confusion and turmoil
can be avoided. In

What is the importance of these rules to students’ learning?

The purpose of setting up rules for the classroom is to teach students how to
behave in a proper and safe manner, which will enhance their learning. Every
second spent in class is significant. If there are no regulations for the
students/learners to obey, chaos will ensue.

MY REFLECTION

To summarize, Phase 2 has given me an idea of what should be in the

classroom, including routines, standards, and learner diversity.
The classroom must be a safe and stable environment, as this is the foundation
of an effective learner. Without safety and stability, students will become
anxious and bothered, leaving no room in their brain to think and process their
studies and creating a negative label that the school classroom is a place where
they can spend 10 hours of the day being given activities that they will not
even remember a few months after the grade is over. It is a teacher's
responsibility to teach students, so it is their responsibility. To provide a good
education, but without a positive learning environment, no amount of
instruction, no matter how good, will mean nothing to a student. A teacher has
a responsibility not only to their students but also to their colleagues who help
them maintain the classroom when they are absent. It is critical that all
teachers work together to accomplish the same goal of imparting knowledge to
students and grooming them to become good people, responsible individuals,
and independent people. While all teachers have strengths and weaknesses,
students also have a variety of skills and talents that are unique to them; a
teacher must know when to use these strengths and help students improve
their weaknesses in order for students to develop and hone their potential.
Every student is unique, and so are teachers; this should never be a barrier
between teachers and their students or colleagues. Teachers must be aware of
and learn about various talents and skills in order to devise plans to assist
students in learning and catching up with their peers. By now, most seasoned
educators understand that biodiversity among learners will never disappear
because each of them is unique, and they must provide each and every one of
them with the same opportunity to learn from them and improve.

Learning Task 8: Writing My First Learning Plan

 MY PERFORMANCE TASKS

Performance Task 1 Request a sample lesson plan or Daily Learning Plan from
your CT. Study each part carefully. Paste it here.
43

Question: Is the learning plan developmentally sequenced to meet curriculum

requirements? Explain

Yes a learning plan is created to be in a form of sequenced activities that cater to

their development because students are able to learn from simple to complex. If
the learning were to be started in a complex rather than a simple one the
students will not be able to understand anything and will continue to be stuck. A
learning plan will serve as a guide to both the students and the teachers as it is
what the teachers use to assess the capabilities of the student and if they are
ready for the next grade level.

Insights on the Daily Learning Plan

The daily learning plan is the most detailed standards-based plan that a teacher
will develop. It outlines the purpose and activities of what will be done on a
specific day or across several days. Unit plans help to turn year-long plans into
daily plans.

What is the impact of this to me as a teaching intern?

44

A daily lesson plan allows me to monitor my students for their daily development
and I am able to have a highlight to my lesson that I need to achieve.

Performance Task 2 Make your Daily Learning Plan (DLP) outline using the given

Performance Task 2 Surf on the present status on ICT Education in the

Philippines. Take down notes and write your insights on this page.

Trimmel and Bachman (2004) studied the impact of introducing laptops into
classrooms and one of their conclusions was that: “information technology has
a positive impact on college attendance and learning interest”. ICT can play
an important role in motivating learners and encouraging them to engage in
learning, within and beyond the classroom. Wanjala, Elizabeth. K and Mukwa
(2011) found that few teachers are using ICTs to manage the classroom and to
integrate technology into several of the content areas. Professional
development options were varied. They pointed out the most teachers use
trial and error, learn through course work taken at colleges or universities,
and support others or receive personal or expert support as significant
methods of learning how to use Information Communication Technologies.

Rachmawati and Johancynthia (2010) conducted on ICT based learning schools

to assess the challenges on implementation. Results indicated that ICT based

Thank you, Asher Lin.

Alright! Secretary can

you please check the
attendance if there are
any absentees today.

That’s good to hear.

Please pick up all the

pieces of clutters
around you. Go to your
proper seat and arrange
your chairs.

Do we have any
assignments?

Class, I will be setting a

rule that you need to
follow in my class.

What are those?

One, if someone is
speaking, please listen
carefully and
attentively and if want
to speak, just raise your
right hand and wait for
your name to be called.

Next, always be
interactive and

A. Review

Last, meeting we have

discussed about solar
system. Just a short
recap of what you
learned previously, can
someone please state,
what are the eight
planets of the solar
system? Anyone.

Good job!

Okay, give me one inner

planet then post it
Infront according to
their line-up.

What are the inner

planets of the solar
system?
72

Very good! So, Mercury

is?

Correct! What else?

So, what is Venus?

What else?
73

Earth is?

Then the last inner

planet?

Mars is?

The inner planets are

the terrestrial planets
of our solar system
meaning it is composed
or made of solid rocks.

Now, we will be moving

on to the outer planets,
what is the 1st outer
planet and it is a gas
giant planet?
74

Jupiter is?

Correct! How about the

2nd outer planet and it
is also a gas giant

Good job, class!

C. EXPLORE Here are the
79

Proponents of
Electricity

Benjamin Franklin he
conducted early
experiments with
lightning and
electricity.

In 1800, Italian physicist

Alessandro Volta
invented the first
electric battery and
discovered the role of
positive and negative
connectors and voltage.

Michael Faraday, an
English scientist,
invented the electric
dynamo, the first power
generator in 1831.
80

Thomas Edison
followed in 1879 with
the first lightbulb.

Sir, we have a bulb, a wire, a

battery, and a switch.

For you to better

understand how light is
produced, I have here a
sample of simple
circuit.

But before I am going to

discuss it to you, we
need first to identify
the parts of this circuit
& just give your insights
pertaining about it. Can
anyone identify the
circuit component?

Very good!

In this electric circuit,

we have a device that Electric current is the rate at
source of electricity. which charge is flowing.

From this battery, we

used 1.5 volts. We also
used bulb that suits the
battery.
81

The volts & the bulb

must be directly
proportional to each to
each.

We also have the wire

and the switch.
There are three basic
principles;
ELECTRIC/CURRENT,
VOLTAGE and
RESISTANCE.

So, let’s talked about

electric current. Can
you read!

Electric current refers

to the flow of
electrons. What is
electron?

Electrons are negatively

charge of sub-atom
particles. So, this small
particle flows into the
wires.

Here is the illustration

of an atom.

As you can see, atom

has consisted of a tiny
nucleus surrounded by
moving electrons. The
nucleus contains
protons, which have a
positive charge equal in
82

magnitude to the
electron’s negative
charge. The nucleus
may also contain
neutrons, which have
virtually the same mass
but no charge.
The unit of electric
current is AMPERE.

In 1 AMPERE there is 1
Coulomb

Coulomb is the standard

unit of charge. So, now
in 1 Ampere and 1
coulomb per second,
the flow of electrons is
about 6.25 Billions of
electrons.

Imagine if the wire or

current has 10 Ampere,
the electrons flow
about 62.5 Billions.

The electrons will not

flow/ will work if there
is no VOLTAGE.
Conductivity is the ability of
Voltage describes the materials to allow electricity
“pressure” that pushes to pass through.
electricity. If there is
no voltage the current
will not work.

The unit of a Voltage is

VOLTS.

Next, the resistance.

The resistance is the
opposition of current
and they are the
obstacle to the flow of
the current.
83

The unit of resistance is

OHMs. The proponent
of Ohms is GEORG
SIMON OHMS

There are different

types of resistance:
1. thickness of wire
2. Length of wire
3. Conductivity

How does the thickness

of wires affect the flow
of the electrons.

So, if the wires are

thick, more electrons
will flow at a faster Yes, sir.
rate. However, if the
wires are thin, fewer
electrons flow. List of conductors
1. Gold
Next, Length of wires, 2. Aluminum
the longer the wires, 3. Mercury
less electrons will flow. 4. Steel
The shorter the wires 5. Bronze
more electrons will
flow. List of insulators
1.Rubber
Next, we have 2.Plastic
conductivity. 3. Dry cotton
4. Dry wood
What is conductivity all 5. Styrofoam
about? Can you read.

Example in conductivity
is silver, silver is the
most conductive metal.
But is very expensive
and less-secured, and
because of the lack of
availability they
change/find it to a
copper.
84

Conductor, are the

materials that conduct
heat or electricity.

Example: copper and

silver

Otherwise, insulator are

materials that do not
allow electricity to pass
through them. But
insulator is used to
protect us from the
dangerous effect of
electricity flowing
through conductors.

Example: Wood,
plastics, rubber etc.

Now, class for you to

understand about the
differences between
conductor and
insulator. I have here a
box that contains all of
your names. Whoever
I will be drawn he/she
will identify if it is an
insulator or a
conductor.

Are you ready?

85

Very good, class!

D. EXPLAIN Now, let’s procced in

OHMS LAW

OHMS LAW, the voltage

is directly proportional
to current and
proportionality constant
to the Resistance.

It means that if the

voltage is increasing
then the flows of the
charges of the current
is also increasing.
However, if the
resistance is increasing
the flows of charges of
current is decreasing.

The formula that we

are using is

V= IR
V= Voltage =Volts
I= Current=Ampere
R=Resistance=Ohms

Okay, let’s try this

problem.

1. If a circuit has a
resistance of 70 Ω and a
current of 12 A, what is
its voltage?

The first that we are

going to do is to
identify the GIVEN.
86

GIVEN:

V= ?
I= 12 A
R= 70 Ω

So, we now used the

formula of V=IR

(12A) (70 Ω)
12 A multiply by 70 Ω
Answer: 840 V

2. What is the voltage if

the given ampere is 5 A
and has a resistance of
30 Ω?

GIVEN:
V=?
I= 5 A
R= 30 Ω

We now used the

formula of V=IR

(5 A) (30 Ω)
5A multiply by 30 Ω
Answer:150 V

Let’s try this problem. No, Sir.

3. A motor has a
current of 100 A and a
voltage of 12 V. What is
the resistance of the
motor?

Given:
V= 12 V
I= 100 A
R=?

Is this V=IR formula is

87

applicable?

Yes, very good it is not

applicable.

So, the formula to get

the resistance would be
R=V/I. Only need to do
is to divide the Voltage
to the resistance.

12V/ 100 A
Answer: 1.12 Ω

Another problem

4. A bulb has a voltage

of 220 V and current of
20 A. What is the
resistance of the bulb?

Given:
V= 220 V
I= 20 A
R=?
Yes, sir.

We now used R=V/R

formula.
220 V/ 20 A
Answer: 11 Ω

5. An electric fan has a

resistance of 5 Ω and a
voltage of 220 volts.
What is the current
needed to operate the
electric fan?

Given:
V=220 V
I=?
R=5 Ω
88

Is this R=V/R formula is

applicable?

No, it is not applicable.

The formula that we

need to used I=V/R.

220 V/5 Ω
Answer will be 44 A.

For you to easily

understand the
formula. I'll give you a
tip, and it's called the
magic triangle.

E. ELABORATE Let’s check how much

you truly understand
the lesson. It’s your
turn now!

What are the 3 basic Sir, the 3 basic principles of

principles of electricity? electricity are electric
current, voltage and
resistance.
Very good!

How about their units?

Sir, the unit of current is
ampere and the unit of
voltage is volts while
resistance is Ohms.

Good job!

Again, what is the

differences between Sir, Conductor is the materials
conductor and that conduct heat or
89

insulator? electricity while insulator is

the materials that do not
conduct heat or electricity.

 MY PERFORMANCE TASKS

Performance Task 1: As a teachers, we must always ready be ready to respond to

the special educational needs of learner’s in difficult circumstances (geographic,
isolation, chronic illness, displacement due to aimed conflict, urban resettlement
or disasters, child abuse, and child labor.

Cite situations on how you have addressed any of the given

educational needs of learners.

During my observation, I don’t usually see all the issues inside the classroom yet
one time, during my lecture in a certain classroom area, I noticed that there is one
student sitting at the right side alone. I saw it several times also during my
observation on my cooperating teacher. As I randomly picking names from my
popsicle sticks with names of the students, I accidentally chose the name of this
specific learner. So, she stands and shyly answers my question but to this student
can’t modulate her voice and shows shyness and fear in speaking. All eyes were
thrown to her and she felt anxious. I can say that this student is an introvert
maybe because she has no friends inside the classroom. So, as a teacher, it is my
duty to encourage and motivate my students to surpass their fears in order for
them to improve their communication skills and to engage every activities during
lectures. I encourage this learner and said that it’s okay, she can continue and
answers loudly because there are no wrong answers especially in sharing ideas. I
smiled and shows comfortably on her. After what I did, I noticed that she was
encouraged to speak even if she felt shy to speak in front of her classmates. She
managed to stand and answer my questions comprehensively and correctly. I’ve
realized lately that this student is a transferee student and possibly, she isolates
herself and afraid to socialize or prefer to not talk to anyone. From that moment,
I’ve also realized that as a teacher, I have the key to open those close doors that
have many treasures, meaning I am one of those responsible in helping students to
improve and show their hidden intelligence and talents. So, as a future teacher, I
learned that I am not only teaching and practicing yet I also learn a lot during my
internship.

Performance Task 2: Conduct any one of these activities:

A. Review

Last meeting Sir Bobby discussed

about Light and Heat, am I right?

Just a short recap of what you

have learned previously, can
someone please state what is
97

Light?

Okay King Arellano, What is Light?

Good job! King.

How about Heat?

You are raising your hand Perlita

Acosta, In your own overview,
What is Heat?

Very good, Perlita.

When we say heat by radiation

it is the effect of infrared (IR)
energy as it strikes a surface.
IR is an electromagnetic field
capable of transfering energy
from a source, such as a
fireplace, to a destination,
such as the surfaces within a
room.

Next, Heat by conduction

takes place when two material
media or objects are in direct
contact, and the temperature
of one is higher than the
temperature of the other.

Last, Heat by convection

occurs when the motion of a
liquid or gas carries energy
from a warmer region to a
cooler region. A good example
of convection is the tendency
of warm air to rise and cool
98

air to fall, equalizing the air

temperature inside a room
containing a hot stove.

So class, I hope this review has

helped you understand the light
and heat.

I believe we are now ready to

embark on the next lesson.

Class, I have a question

Is this continent continuous
move?

Yes, Alaica Hufano.

Sir, yes it continuous
Yes, There are movements move.
that are weak and there are
also movements that are fast.
Due to their continuous
movement, the ground will
eventually crack or break.

The specific name of that

crack or break is FAULT.

Fault is a fracture, crack or

break formation on the
ground. Take note not all the
cracks and breaks are faults.

Example:

Once the faults move, there

will be wave production and
that wave is so called SEISMIC
WAVES

J. EXPLORE Lets try to understand.

Okay, Tyron please read. Sir, Seismic waves are

waves of energy that
travel trough earth’s
layers, and are a
results of earthquakes,
Yes, Seismic waves generated volcanic eruptions,
every time when the earthquakes magma movement,
occur. It is also possible to large landslides and
102

generate seismic waves once the large amn-made

tectonic plates moves and volcanic explosions.
eruptions

To measure how strong the seismic

waves Phivolcs are using
Seismograph device or instrument.

Seismograph are used by

Seismologist
Do you have any idea what is
seismologist? Anyone?

Ryan, do you have any idea what is

seismologist?

Very good!

(Teacher explaining) Sir, Seismologist are Earth

scientist!!
Seismic Waves are divided into
two;
Body Wave
 P-wave
 S-wave

Surface wave
 Rayleigh wave
 Love wave
What exactly do those waves
mean?

When we say P-wave or

Primary wave.
It is the first signal to arrive at
seismograph.
It is also the fastest seismic
wave that can travel and can
be transmitted through solid,
liquid, or gas.

But it is not distractive

because the movement of p-
wave is alternating (push and
pull).

The movements of p-wave is just

like a slingkey wire;
 Expansion and
 Compression
103

While, S-wave (Secondary wave,

Shear wave) and ( Shaking wave)

Take note:that the s- waves or the

next to be detected after p-waves.

It is also moves in transverse or

perpendicular motion and it
travels only through solids.

Surface wave is the most

destructive wave! That can
compose Rayleigh Wave and Love
wave.

The movement of Rayleigh wave

is ELLIPTICAL.

The movement of Love wave is

Sideways.

Take note: That the movement of;

P-wave is Longitudinal (push and
pull)
S-wave is transverse (Up and
down)
Rayleigh wave is Elliptical Yes, sir.
(Circulate but can cause up and
down)
Love wave is (side ways).
Diastrophism is a process
Understood? by which the earth’s
surface is changed
Next, we have Diastrophism through rock movements
and displacements.
Angelika, Please read.

Thank you Angelika, Diastrophism is

104

the process of movement and

deformation of the earth's crust that
gives rise to large-scale features
such as continents, ocean basins,
and mountains.

If we have agency called

PAGASA for the typhoons,
There is also an agency for
volcanic eruptions and

Sir, Plates move sideways
2. Colliding or Convergent forming deformations of

Djon, can you please read.

(Teacher Explaining)

3. Fracture or Transform plate

movements

Hazel, can you read.

(Teacher explaining)

K. EXPLAIN There are types of Faults

1. Normal Fault
2. Reverse Fault
3. Transform Fault or Strike-slip
Fault
4. Oblique-slip fault

For you to understand the 4 types

of faults, First you need to be
aware to know the difference of
hanging wall and footwall.
105

Footwall occurs below the Fault

plane
Hanging wall occurs above the
Fault plane.

Normal Fault happens when

footwall shifted upward while
hanging wall shifted downward.

Reverse fault happens when

hanging wall shifted upward while
footwall shifted downward.

Strike slip fault is a fault zone

where two blocks of land move
horizontally rather than vertically
along a fault plane.
106

Oblique-slip fault it occurs if the

crustal movement is a combination
of strike-slip and normal fault.

Now, I will show you active and

inactive faults in the Philippines. (student/s defining
active/inactive etc)

(Teacher explaining)

What is trenches?
Sir, Trenches are deep,
Jeremiah Aban, you are raising narrow groove in the
your hand. ground, ocean floor and
others.

Very good! Jeremiah.

We will now proceed on how

earthquakes generate tsunamis

What is tsunami?
Tyron, can please read.

Sir, tsunami is a wave

train, or series of waves,
Thank you, tyron. generated in abody of
tsunami is a series of large water by impulsive
waves of extremely long disturbance that
wavelength and period vertically displaces the
water column.
usually generated by a
violent, impulsive undersea
107

disturbance or activity near

the coast or in the ocean.

If the tsunami approaches land,

tsunami waves may smash into
the shore like a wall of water
or move in as a fast moving
flood or tide - carrying
everything on their path.

what happens to tsunami

encounters land?
A tsunami only becomes
hazardous when it approaches
land. As a tsunami enters
shallow water near coastal
shorelines, it slows to 20 to
30 mph. The wavelength
decreases, the height
increases, and currents
intensify.

Here are the things to do

during and after an
earthquake!
108

L. ELABORATE Let’s check how much you truly

understand the lesson. It’s your
turn now!

Joshua Garcia, Seismic Waves are Sir, Body waves and

divided into two, what are those? Surface wave

Very good!

Mary Jane Abata, Seismic wave it

the two parts of Body waves?

Yes, Jordan abat.

Sir, P-wave and S-wave
Hazel Madayag, How about In

Next, Roence Galvez What are the Sir, Normal Fault, Reverse

And Oblique-slip fault.
Very good! Students
So, it is all clear to you now?
Yes, sir.
I am pleased that most of you can

MY REFLECTION
124

As our onsite training started, I can say that I am having a hard time
managing and balancing all the paper works of being a pre-service teacher.
Loads of lesson plan and instructional materials were all given to us. Hence,
these experiences taught me that I am able to control and manage my time
to accomplish all the task that were given to us. Despite of all those
sleepless nights, I gained more skills and knowledge in my teaching
internship. Creating lesson plan and incorporating technology in our
teaching strategies are fun and enjoyable yet it was a bit hard to think
creatively. I have to stay awake at night until 1 am in the morning
accomplishing all the paper works such as encoding in powerpoint
presentations, creating learning plans and analyzing my lessons for my next
discussion. Hence, although I frequently ask myself why I chose this
profession because it takes long patience to overcome all the obstacles yet
I always see myself enjoying what I chose during my engagement in my
demo teaching with my students. Seeing them listening and being
participative as well as coping up easily my lessons during my class makes
me feel happy because I think that my teaching methods and strategies
achieves a better learning outcome for my students.

Good afternoon class, I am Darwin

P. Velasco your Pre-service

teacher, and I will be your teacher

for today. Before we start, may I
call someone to lead a prayer?

Marianne Viduya, please lead a

prayer.

Thank you, Marianne Viduya.

Alright! May I know who’s absent?

That’s good to hear.

Please pick all the pieces of paper

under your chairs.

Alright! Class, since this is the first

time that we’ve met, I would like
to set some rules that you need to
follow in my class.

What are those?

One, if someone is speaking,

please listen carefully and
attentively and if want to speak,
just raise your right hand and wait
for your name to be called.

Next, always be interactive and

participate all throughout the
discussion.

Last but not the least, Be well-

mannered and Be polite.

Are we all clear?

Well then, settle yourselves, so we

can begin.

A. Review

Last meeting Sir Bobby discussed

about Light and Heat, am I right?
127

Just a short recap of what you

have learned previously, can
someone please state what is
Light?

Okay King Arellano, What is Light?

Good job! King.

How about Heat?

You are raising your hand Perlita

Acosta, In your own overview,
What is Heat?

Very good, Perlita.

When we say heat by radiation

it is the effect of infrared (IR)
energy as it strikes a surface.
IR is an electromagnetic field
capable of transfering energy
from a source, such as a
fireplace, to a destination,
such as the surfaces within a
room.

Next, Heat by conduction

takes place when two material
media or objects are in direct
contact, and the temperature
of one is higher than the
temperature of the other.

Last, Heat by convection

occurs when the motion of a
liquid or gas carries energy
from a warmer region to a
128

cooler region. A good example

of convection is the tendency
of warm air to rise and cool
air to fall, equalizing the air
temperature inside a room
containing a hot stove.

So class, I hope this review has

helped you understand the light
and heat.

I believe we are now ready to

embark on the next lesson.

B. Motivation

Before we are going to proceed to

Yes, Alaica Hufano. Sir, yes it continuous

move.
Yes, There are movements
that are weak and there are
also movements that are fast.
Due to their continuous
movement, the ground will
eventually crack or break.

The specific name of that

crack or break is FAULT.

Fault is a fracture, crack or

break formation on the
ground. Take note not all the
cracks and breaks are faults.

Example:

Once the faults move, there

will be wave production and
that wave is so called SEISMIC
WAVES

Q. EXPLORE Lets try to understand.

Okay, Tyron please read. Sir, Seismic waves are

waves of energy that
travel trough earth’s
layers, and are a
results of earthquakes,
Yes, Seismic waves generated volcanic eruptions,
every time when the earthquakes magma movement,
occur. It is also possible to large landslides and
generate seismic waves once the
tectonic plates moves and volcanic
large amn-made
eruptions explosions.
132

To measure how strong the seismic

waves Phivolcs are using
Seismograph device or instrument.

Seismograph are used by

Seismologist
Do you have any idea what is
seismologist? Anyone?

Ryan, do you have any idea what is

seismologist?

Very good!

(Teacher explaining) Sir, Seismologist are Earth

scientist!!
Seismic Waves are divided into
two;
Body Wave
 P-wave
 S-wave

Surface wave
 Rayleigh wave
 Love wave
What exactly do those waves
mean?

When we say P-wave or

Primary wave.
It is the first signal to arrive at
seismograph.
It is also the fastest seismic
wave that can travel and can
be transmitted through solid,
liquid, or gas.

But it is not distractive

because the movement of p-
wave is alternating (push and
pull).

The movements of p-wave is just

like a slingkey wire;
 Expansion and
 Compression

While, S-wave (Secondary wave,

Shear wave) and ( Shaking wave)
133

Take note:that the s- waves or the

next to be detected after p-waves.

It is also moves in transverse or

perpendicular motion and it
travels only through solids.

Surface wave is the most

destructive wave! That can
compose Rayleigh Wave and Love
wave.

The movement of Rayleigh wave

is ELLIPTICAL.

The movement of Love wave is

Sideways.

Take note: That the movement of;

P-wave is Longitudinal (push and
pull)
S-wave is transverse (Up and

Love wave is (side ways).

R. EXPLAIN There are types of Faults

1. Normal Fault
2. Reverse Fault
3. Transform Fault or Strike-slip
Fault
4. Oblique-slip fault

For you to understand the 4 types

of faults, First you need to be
aware to know the difference of
hanging wall and footwall.
135

Footwall occurs below the Fault

plane
Hanging wall occurs above the
Fault plane.

Normal Fault happens when

footwall shifted upward while
hanging wall shifted downward.

Reverse fault happens when

hanging wall shifted upward while
footwall shifted downward.

Strike slip fault is a fault zone

where two blocks of land move
horizontally rather than vertically
along a fault plane.

Oblique-slip fault it occurs if the

crustal movement is a combination
of strike-slip and normal fault.

Well then, settle yourselves, so we can

begin.

A. Review

Last meeting, we have talked about

earthquakes and faults, am I right?

Just a short recap of what you have

learned previously, can someone
please state, what are the two types of
seismic waves?

Okay King Arellano, What are the two

types of seismic wave?

Good job! King.

How about types plate boundary

movements?

You are raising your hand Perlita

Acosta, What are the types plate

dangerous part of the storm.

Rainband are the thunderstorms (Group 3 presented)

that trail away from the eye wall
and it is divided into 2 inner
rainband and outer rainband.

Now, let us proceed to work of

group 3

Very good, group 3 let us give

them 5 claps

X. EXPLORE As you can notice typhoon can hit the

Philippines any time of the years with
the months as June to September as
the June is most active as may as least
active.

There is no place that the typhoon

does not pass through

Specially in eastern Visayas, Bicol

region, and northern part of Luzon.

According to PAGASA Philippine

Atmospheric Geophysical and
Astronomical Services Administration,
theirs an average of 20 tropical
cyclones that can hit the Philippines
and that can enter the Philippine area
of responsibility every year and there is
144

the reason why we have to be

knowledgeable enough and always
ready about the tropical cyclone that
can hit the Philippines so that we can
prevent loss damage.

What is the difference between

Hurricane, Typhoon and Cyclone.

Hurricane, Typhoon and Cyclone are all

types of tropical cyclones.

Well basically, they are the same

thing.

They are called differently it

depends upon where they come
from.

Just like Hurricane are tropical

storms that forms over the NORTH
ATLANTIC OCEAN and
NORTHEAST PACIFIC.

Cyclone forms over SOUTH

PACIFIC and INDIAN OCEAN.

However, Typhoons are formed

over NORTHWEST PACIFIC
OCEAN.

What is typhoon?

We have this term a tropical

cyclone is also known as
typhoon or “Bagyo” in our
country.

Typhoon is the intense circular

storm that originate over warm
tropical oceans and this is
characterize by low atmospheric
pressure, high winds and heavy
rains.

As you can observed, When will

PAGASA released a public warm
145

signal?

When the typhoon enters in PAR

or Philippine area of
responsibility.

Let’s talk about the public

warming signal

For public storm warming signal

number 1, It is expected at least
36 hours and wind of 30 to 60
kilometer per hour is expected.

So, It is no damage to very light

damage.

Ex. Tress, plants etc are tilted

For public storm warming signal

number 2, a tropical cyclone will
affect an area winds are greater
than 61 per hour and maybe
expected at least 120 kilometer
per hours maybe expected in 24
hours. The impact of the wind are
light and moderate damage.

Ex. Outer activities/class are

postponed and suspended.

For public storm warming signal

number 3, a tropical cyclone will
affect an area winds are greater
121-170 kilometer per hour.
Maybe, expected at least 18 hour.
The impact of the wind are heavy
and moderate damage.

Ex. People tend to evacuate if

they are near the sea etc.

For public storm warming signal

number 4, a very intense typhoon
will effect the area, the impact of
the winds are 171-220 kilometer
146

per hour. Maybe, expected at

least 12 hours.

Damage to the affected

community can very heavy.

Ex. Coconut plantations may

suffer extensive damage, many
large trees maybe uprooted.

The situations is very distractive

to the community so that travels
and outdoor activities are
cancelled. Government are
preparing the evacuation center
for those family affected.

Last, we have public storm

warming signal number, called
“SUPER TYPHOON”. Can really
affect the area, very strong wind
more than 220 kilometer per hour.
Maybe expected in at least 12
hours.

Ex. All sign board blown down, total

damage of plantation and etc.

Y. EXPLAIN For you to understand, I have here

a printed Philippine typhoon
tracking chart. I will show you the
map of the Philippines and where
the Philippine area of
responsibility is.

Well then, let us plot where the

PAR is. Yes, sir.

Are you ready?

By using this map or the map of the

147

Philippines and its vicinity, we are

going to plot the given points of the
map.

It is the job of PAGASA to monitor all

the tropical cyclones that enters this
area.

As you can see we have the latitude

and longitude.

Point A, longitude of 5 degree North

and longitude 115 degree east.

Point B, 15 degree north and 115

degree east.

Point C, 21 degree north and 120

degree east.

Point D, 25 degree north and 120

degree east.

Point E, 25 degree north and 135

degree east.

Point F, 5 degree north and 135 degree

east.

So, this region is the PAR or Philippine

area of responsibility meaning to say Yes, sir.
when the tropical cyclone enters this
area it is consider that the typhoon are
in the PAR. (Sample questions for

asteroids, comets and
meteroids.
What is a comet?

The parts of a comets

consist of ? What are
those?

What is the most famous

comet and it is it also great
example of short-period
comets?

Very good!

Next, is ASTEROIDS it is
often referred to a minor
planets are simply rocky and
metallic objects that orbits
the sun in the same ways
that the planets orbit.

However METEOROIDS is any

piece of Asteroid, comet, or
even lunar materials that has
156

been detached or clipped off

after some collisions and have
veered off and pulled towards a

Do you know that as of

this day, there are
1,049,107 known asteroids
and 3,711 known comets.

If we are going to make

some research there are
lots of advances in space
technology that allow
scientists to collaborate in
studying the NEO or Near

comet and asteroids.

There are many scientists

who have knowledge of
physics, chemistry,
biology, geology, and
others. And they are the
ones who helped study on
how NEO or Near Earth

We have a powerful

F. EXPLAIN Now, let us tacked what

are Meteors, Meteorites
and Meteoroids.

When we say Meteors it is

an object from outer
space that pass through
Earth’s Atmosphere.

Meteoroids are small

particles and not bigger
than a grain of the sand
that orbit the sun.

When this Meteoroids

brilliant strikes of lights
that is visible in our sky.
This visible streak of

On the other hand,

Meteorites are rocks from
space that have been

COMETS are made of gas,
dust, ice and rocks. The
comets are basically
composed of the Nucleus,

L. EXPLORE Here are the
Proponents of
Electricity

Benjamin Franklin he
conducted early
183

experiments with
lightning and
electricity.

In 1800, Italian
physicist Alessandro
Volta invented the first
electric battery and
discovered the role of
positive and negative
connectors and voltage.

Michael Faraday, an
English scientist,
invented the electric
dynamo, the first power
generator in 1831.

Thomas Edison
followed in 1879 with
the first lightbulb.
184

For you to better

produced, I have here a
sample of simple
circuit.

But before I am going to

discuss it to you, we
need first to identify
the parts of this circuit
& just give your insights
pertaining about it. Can
anyone identify the
circuit component?

Very good!

In this electric circuit,

we have a device that
source of electricity.

From this battery, we

used 1.5 volts. We also
Electric current is the rate at

battery.

The volts & the bulb

must be directly
proportional to each to
each.

We also have the wire

and the switch.
There are three basic
principles;
185

ELECTRIC/CURRENT,
VOLTAGE and
RESISTANCE.

So, let’s talked about

electric current. Can
you read!

Electric current refers

to the flow of
electrons. What is
electron?

Electrons are negatively

charge of sub-atom
particles. So, this small
particle flows into the
wires.

Here is the illustration

of an atom.

As you can see, atom

has consisted of a tiny
nucleus surrounded by
moving electrons. The
nucleus contains
protons, which have a
positive charge equal in
magnitude to the
electron’s negative
charge. The nucleus
may also contain
neutrons, which have
virtually the same mass
but no charge.
The unit of electric
current is AMPERE.
186

In 1 AMPERE there is 1
Coulomb

Coulomb is the standard

unit of charge. So, now
in 1 Ampere and 1
coulomb per second,
the flow of electrons is
about 6.25 Billions of
electrons.

Imagine if the wire or

current has 10 Ampere,
the electrons flow
about 62.5 Billions.

The electrons will not

flow/ will work if there
is no VOLTAGE.

Voltage describes the

“pressure” that pushes
electricity. If there is
no voltage the current Conductivity is the ability of
will not work. materials to allow electricity
to pass through.
The unit of a Voltage is
VOLTS.

Next, the resistance.

The resistance is the
opposition of current
and they are the
obstacle to the flow of
the current.

The unit of resistance is

OHMs. The proponent
of Ohms is GEORG
SIMON OHMS

There are different

types of resistance:
1. thickness of wire
2. Length of wire
187

3. Conductivity

How does the thickness

of wires affect the flow
of the electrons.

So, if the wires are

thick, more electrons
will flow at a faster
rate. However, if the
wires are thin, fewer
electrons flow.
Yes, sir.
Next, Length of wires,
the longer the wires,
less electrons will flow.List of conductors
The shorter the wires 1. Gold
more electrons will 2. Aluminum
flow. 3. Mercury
4. Steel
Next, we have 5. Bronze
conductivity.
List of insulators
What is conductivity all 1.Rubber
about? Can you read. 2.Plastic
3. Dry cotton
4. Dry wood
5. Styrofoam
Example in conductivity
is silver, silver is the
most conductive metal.
But is very expensive
and less-secured, and
because of the lack of
availability they
change/find it to a
copper.

Conductor, are the

materials that conduct
heat or electricity.

Example: copper and

silver

Otherwise, insulator are

188

materials that do not

allow electricity to pass
through them. But
insulator is used to
protect us from the
dangerous effect of
electricity flowing
through conductors.

Example: Wood,
plastics, rubber etc.

Now, class for you to

understand about the
differences between
conductor and
insulator. I have here a
box that contains all of
your names. Whoever
I will be drawn he/she
will identify if it is an
insulator or a
conductor.

Are you ready?

Very good, class!

M. EXPLAIN Now, let’s procced in

OHMS LAW
189

OHMS LAW, the voltage

is directly proportional
to current and
proportionality constant
to the Resistance.

It means that if the

voltage is increasing
then the flows of the
charges of the current
is also increasing.
However, if the
resistance is increasing
the flows of charges of
current is decreasing.

The formula that we

are using is

V= IR
V= Voltage =Volts
I= Current=Ampere
R=Resistance=Ohms

Okay, let’s try this

problem.

1. If a circuit has a
resistance of 70 Ω and a
current of 12 A, what is
its voltage?

The first that we are

going to do is to
identify the GIVEN.

GIVEN:

V= ?
I= 12 A
R= 70 Ω

So, we now used the

formula of V=IR
190

(12A) (70 Ω)
12 A multiply by 70 Ω
Answer: 840 V

2. What is the voltage if

the given ampere is 5 A
and has a resistance of
30 Ω?

GIVEN:
V=?
I= 5 A
R= 30 Ω

We now used the

formula of V=IR

(5 A) (30 Ω)
5A multiply by 30 Ω
Answer:150 V

Let’s try this problem. No, Sir.

3. A motor has a
current of 100 A and a
voltage of 12 V. What is
the resistance of the
motor?

Given:
V= 12 V
I= 100 A
R=?

Is this V=IR formula is

applicable?

Yes, very good it is not

applicable.

So, the formula to get

the resistance would be
R=V/I. Only need to do
191

is to divide the Voltage

to the resistance.

12V/ 100 A
Answer: 1.12 Ω

Another problem

4. A bulb has a voltage

of 220 V and current of
20 A. What is the
resistance of the bulb?

Given:
V= 220 V
I= 20 A
R=?
Yes, sir.

We now used R=V/R

formula.
220 V/ 20 A
Answer: 11 Ω

5. An electric fan has a

resistance of 5 Ω and a
voltage of 220 volts.
What is the current
needed to operate the
electric fan?

Given:
V=220 V
I=?
R=5 Ω

Is this R=V/R formula is

applicable?

No, it is not applicable.

The formula that we

need to used I=V/R.

220 V/5 Ω
192

Answer will be 44 A.

For you to easily

understand the
formula. I'll give you a
tip, and it's called the
magic triangle.

N. ELABORATE Let’s check how much

you truly understand
the lesson. It’s your
turn now!

What are the 3 basic Sir, the 3 basic principles of

principles of electricity? electricity are electric

resistance.
Very good!

How about their units?

Sir, the unit of current is
ampere and the unit of

where in the class is student-centered. They are
encouraged to participate actively during recitation
through sharing their insights and knowledge about
the particular topic that I am discussing.

According to Matthea Harvey, teaching is a great way to keep learning, and we

agree with that. Teaching is not easy because it takes passion, patience,
dedication, and time. You can't be a great teacher if you don't have passion for
what you're doing. Patience plays a big role in this field, because here your
temper will be tested. Students have different attitudes, and you must handle
them all. When you are teaching, show them your dedication to your work. Show
them that you, as a teacher, are very interested in your lesson, not just your
student. Lastly, being a teacher requires a lot of time, from creating your lesson
plan and making instructional materials to reviewing your lesson and delivering it.
And as a teacher, it doesn't stop here with your work because a lot of paperwork is
still waiting for you. But despite those hindrances, it doesn't stop us from pursuing
our dream. We also believe that teaching is two-way learning because we can
learn from our students as well.

On the 13th day of December, this would be my final demonstration, and it made
me excited and nervous at the same time. Thankfully, I delivered it successfully,
with the help of our cooperating teacher and group mates. In order to deliver the
lesson successfully, I need to study it and master it. It's not as easy as we thought.
The pressure is different from my past demo teaching. I’m thankful because my
cooperating teacher is there to help and guide me. He even shared personal ideas
and thoughts to improve my teaching strategy. By helping each member prepare
our instructional material and carry it into our assigned classroom, we really
appreciate it because we can see their willingness to help and give their full
support to each of us. This demo gave us a lot of insight and made us realize that
not everything will go according to plan. A lot of things happened before this
much-awaited day for us. Some of us didn't deliver our lessons on the assigned
date; we need to adjust because of the conflict in schedules. Thankfully, their
assigned topic didn't change, so they delivered it successfully and used their IMs as
planned.

Learning Task 18: Articulating My Personal Philosophy of Teaching

 MY PERFORMANCE TASKS
Performance Task 1
Observe your cooperating teacher for several weeks and months. How
does she/he exhibit the qualities of caring, respect and integrity?

Our cooperating teacher consistently helps us by guiding us in making our

lesson plans and strategies that enable us to execute them properly. He let us
grow and decide on our own, exhibiting no bias among. He asks us to tell her
our concerns regarding our internship journey and approach anytime when he’s
not busy. He already treats all of her student teachers as colleagues, showering
us with knowledge to help us improve and carry the weapon we will need in our
teaching journey.

As a teaching intern, how did you exhibit the qualities of caring, respect
and integrity? Cite specific situations and instances.
202

As a teaching intern, whenever there’s something bothering my student or

students, I make sure that he or she is not alone. By having my presence beside
them, I am their friend who is willing to hear all their concerns. As a result of this,
I'm not just a teacher all the time. I can pose other personalities that can cater to
the needs of my student. I respect every student’s personal life and try not to
cross the border. I genuinely respond to their queries. I show my strong integrity
by being unbiased towards them. I treat them fairly and assess them accordingly. I
behave according to my profession and uphold good manners and right conduct,
which influence how I handle the learning of my students. Also, I will be a good
role model to my students because I believe in the saying, "Respect begets
respect."

Performance Task 2

A. Cite specific instances on how you establish professional links with your
colleagues.

I assist my colleagues whenever they are in need. We discuss and interact with
each other since we had to go over the lessons for reviews and recaps. We
collaborate with one another by sharing our knowledge and understanding about
the topics in order to have a wider perspective. Moreover, we consider everyone’s
opinions and strategies to create a harmonious lesson plan and execution.

B. Interview your CT, ask him/her how she/he established professional links with
colleagues.

Offer help and support your colleagues

Respect the boundaries of each other and be Real

Ask them questions and help if needed

Performance Task 3
A. Read the Philippine Professional Standards (PPST) for Beginning Teachers.
Explain how you will realize the professional development goals using these
standards.

Professional standards are declarations of a teacher's qualities

as a professional, as well as their expertise and knowledge.
They make clear what is expected at each step of the
profession. The standards for professional teachers improve the
quality of teachers in the Philippines display thorough
knowledge of the subject and curriculum while igniting and
sustaining students' attention and clearing up any
misunderstandings. To foster a love of learning, create and
deliver courses that are well-structured, delivering information
and fostering comprehension via efficient use of class time. In
addition, the PPST will act as the cornerstone for all teacher
learning and development activities, guaranteeing that all
curricular initiatives will be administered by instructors who
are properly qualified. Additionally, it may be used to recruit

Write your personal philosophy of teaching.

"Educators’ requisite is a powerful faith in the future."

Teaching course is one of the most internecine
professions of all because it is a long-time learning, and I
believe that teachers have one of the biggest
responsibilities in every child’s life. We cannot, as
educators. Just hang on to the mindset that the only
reason for teaching children is to prepare them for life.is
that they need to finish one year of schooling. We must
look at the deeper reason why you took the education
course, and this is that. Every child we teach today can
become a teacher, nurse, or police officer. lawyer, or
other profession in the future. A teacher should be the
