I have moved to Sweden in 2016 because my wife had an opportunity to relocate here.

Meanwhile I
started a job to Casino Cosmopol where I was able to learn and adapt much easily to the customs of the
Swedish society. Then our child was born in 2018 and I have decided to register to school here and take
Swedish classes in order to be able to speak the language fluently.

I have studied French also for 12 years in school and with proper practice I will refresh my knowledge.

I have already talked to Bogdan related to company culture and environment. He works in KN and he
introduced me with the company, with the responsibilities and got familiarize with the culture and the
environment. I visited the country five times and I think it is the right place where I can restart my career
in logistics that I have missed over the past 6 years. I feel I can make a big contribution to reach the
company goals and I think my experience will be valuable here.

I know I can contribute and adhere to company values and philosophy regarding technology, people and
processes.

Even though I was working in the casino business I have stayed in contact with the logistic field,
documented a lot about the changes in incoterms and implementing new ways to help the environment
such as zero carbon footprint and reducing waste.

I have worked here also towards assuring a quality, healthy and safe environment.

I am a team player and I like helping other in order to achieve our daily goals. I take initiative, I am
driven, and I commit in fulfilling my tasks. I like to maintain focus to what is important by planning
thoroughly.

I strive to develop continuously, to find the best solution by having the know how in resolving time
sensitive situations.

I adapt easily to changes and I innovate in a constructive way.
